Highly unprofessional and no work ethics.I had a small order of 1,700 and was supposed to get in 2 days but was delivered in 5. They had not even started printing till the 4th day. Once I got the pamphlets, I noticed after half of them had been distributed already, the phone number was wrong. On complaining, I was told its not their responsibility. They were not even ready to bear half the cost.It was obviously an error on their end while taking my mobile number. They added a digit extra so I shouldnt be the one facing the loss.Really unhappy with my experience and dont think I would want to go there again.
