World class brand, mall of India store has all latest collection.👍

While I love my buys here, however the sales staff in this particular Mall of India outlet are not interested in helping customers. They are either busy in chatting amongst themselves and are never around near the trial rooms to help with sizes. The only thing they do enthusiastically is greet hello and thank you standing near the entrance . This has happened couple of times and is not just once a bad experience. Expect more from GAP

It gives me great displeasure to share that my first experience of a purchase made form a GAP store has been very distasteful, and has compelled me to never advice a friend to go shopping at a GAP store.I made a purchase of Rs.6135 on 17-07-2016, from GAP, Mall of India, Noida. I was ensured that refund can be made within 30 days of purchase, in case of return. I returned the product on 19-07-2016, and was told that the refund would only be done in my debit card, because of your companys policy of same method as original purchase.Ideally, my account should have been credited with the amount that day itself, since there is never a case in payment, where you take the product home and pay for it later. But in my case, I was told to wait for 4-7 days. This is the 11th day, since the refund was made, and I still havent received my money.Now, its important that you understand that today, I have neither the product, which I have requested the refund for, nor the money, I made the purchase with. In all, I have made a fool of myself, going by the brand value GAP carries!To sum up my first and probably the last experience of a purchase at GAP, please look up for the popular Hindi saying, ऊँची दुकान फीका पकवान!

I bought an T shirt from this store about in a last month but today i wear it on first time and that t shirt has a small small holes in it so please suggest me now what i have to do.

There are wide variety of great collection for this season even the price point is being reduced as compared to last years.I happened to shopping there last week as I am GREAT fan of GAP hoodies and thier singnature t shirts so like I was surprised to see the price is being reduced I asked the reason behind to a sales person. The reason I got was really impressive- after GST implementation and thier company trying to bring favorite clothes at affordable price.I will recommend if you looking for good cusual denims and clothes collection.Becuase1.Excellent personalised costumer service by the staffs you will feel like you come in luxurious Brand.2.Quality are superb I have been using Gap Since my childhood.3.Easy exchange and refund4.Membership or loyalty program which gives u great point.4.KIds and baby collection are awesome.Last but not the least I have great experience with Gap.

Thank you GAP NOIDA store for never following your CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY... if you have to behave as if you are the only international brand for which we indians are dying then please i would ask you to shut all your operations in india and head back to your motherland.As well as your staff are rude and have the most pathetic attitude towards a customer who turn up for exchange as if i am asking you to commit a crime. #RudeGapindia
