Chaayos in Sector 18 Noida - Ambience is great! Food is tasty, kullad chai and Kulcha is must have! I just felt service was a bit slow, but overall its nice compared to others.Comfortable and welcoming staff 🎉❤️ Recommended place for friends outing 😁🥳

Tea as usual is great at Chaayos, but their snacks quality has gone down a lot for me. Baarish ke pakode, palak patta all used to be really cool at one point and time.

A vast array of teas, both hot and cold, and plenty of variations to choose from, including hundreds of options to customize your cup of chai. Other beverages as well, though they are much fewer in number. The savoury snacks tend to be on the spicy side; the cakes are among the most moist and soft Ive had in any tea- or coffee-shop. They also sell packaged stuff - masala chai, gurparas and methi matthis are among the things Ive bought and liked a lot.

I have been a die hard fan of chaaho chai and snacks, since they launched I have been visiting them off and on to taste different flavours of chai they have and their Gur wali chai, which is their winter special use to be my all time favorite till today. But today I wS badly disappointed. I visited this outlet to meet one of my friend from abroad. I ordered myself a gur wali chai and basket of pakode. When I got my order majority of pakode were over fried ( spoiled) already. When I asked to change, the person on counter and may be his senior also pitched in that, even if they get another one it will be also same. Later after my denial to their suggestion. They got me the other were which was equally same. Moreover earlier in this basket chaayos use to offer variety of pakodas but today there was nothing like it. It was completely a hopeless experience I guess will not be visiting chaayos any more

I visited this outlet⛩️ on an evening to meet my friend. The place was kinda crowdy but we got the seats without any delay⏳. The staff was polite and efficient in their services.We had Desi chai☕ and chocolate shake🍫 with lots of charchaein (conversations). The chai had an amazing aroma of various add-ons that anyone can choose from the list (ginger, clove, tulsi🌿 and many more). The consistency of chocolate shake was on point and it wasnt too sweet in flavor👌.

I tried their winter menu and all of the stuff is very nice. We had gur wali chai, keema paratha, chicken cutlet, mutton cutlet, paneer paratha, kulhad butter chicken kulcha.

Tried few of the drinks.. shahi chai was like a hot custard . Kulhad chai was ok. Shikanji was too sour .. and mint lemonade was decent.Paneer chilla tacos were not fresh and were ok in taste. Pao bhaji was also good.. crispy palak patta were pathetic. And samosa was just terrible..

Some time i relised that every thing is over priced except tea because tea is awsome Especially masalsa tea

This is a good place that we go to sometimes. However, the management must strongly consider on table service for groups of more than 3 people and consider revising the portion size of chicken keema papdi chaat. The picture alongside is that of an ordered portion today. Only two spoons have been eaten.

One of the nice place to hang on. This Outlet is my favourite place where I relax myself with my adorable Wife and have a Strong cup of tea with light snacks. I love to visit here on regular intervals. If anyone is foody then he/she must try its Poha from the menu which is so yummy to have along with cup of tea. I enjoys a lot here. Cheers to Chaayos😊👍

Good place to sit, crammed, but still decent. Chai and other items too are usual. Yes, branding definitely is something more than what they offer.

Amazing music, holier than thou tea and the perfect ambience. You can work, chill or come on a date here, no problem. And the best thing is, its super pocket friendly, unlike the other, more expensive coffee shops. Cheers, Chaayos!

Worse of all the chayoos... Extremely rude staff... Worse food... Kindly have tea outside the mall instead of having it here..

Decent decor & set up. Typical chaayos taste. However as it is in gardens galleria which is not really very busy mall, you can spend hours in this coffee shop without feeling guilty for occupying space.

Very Good Staff also provide all facility and corporate all the guest properly...and food items is very tasty and healthy..

Behavior of Mr Ajeet is too bad.. And he is ready to fight and misbehave. If two unknown customer talking together they have more problem.U have 1 item name 2 min sandwich.. Thats the problem of this issues..I told him bhai 2 min me ready ho jaayega to bolta hai nahi hoga 20 min lagege aur aap us customer se baat krke kyu bole..I replied only bhai ko bhookh lga hai so inka order ready kr do... Pathetic quality or should i say the result of Cost saving? Felt same last time as well but just avoided writing any reviews. Ordered Jain Shikanjawi and sent it back as soon as i had the first sip. Just pathetic!This time ordered a Strawberry Shake and again a big miss. Consistency was somewhat closer to the water with some icecream blended into it. Price Rs 170Have to think twice before entering Chaayos again!

Poha was okayish for their price point. But then again chaayos is for chai. Being a tea lover, i can certify it as authentic indian.

GIP branch near Guest Lift 7 & 8 at ground floor it is one of the best place to be in. It has got great deal of tea and snacks options. Sugar free is available. We had ginger tea , coffee and bun maska. They were really awesome.

It was one of my worst experiences. I did not like any of their food items, the service was pathetic. Would not visit it ever again!

I am a chai lover to the extent that I carry readymix tea bags while traveling abroad!!Since its opening I have been frequenting the various outlets of Chaayos. It never fails to impress with its chai. And the chai varieties are unbelievable. I havent tried them all yet!Whats best is that the snacks they offer are also fresh and tasty. I have tried pav bhaji, sandwich and samosa and all tasted quite well!!

Good place for hot and cold beverage lovers, good ambience, good staff, good food at moderate price point.

They have some good but expensive tea, and some really nice snacks. They have a large seating area as well, but it tends to get quite noisy around the peak hours. Its a nice place to take a break and energize while shopping.

Its a nice place to just sit, chat and have a bit of a snacks. You can have hours of conversations over just a cup of tea only. If theres waiting then only anyone comes and ask you order something again. People come there for business meetings and Shadi ki meetings and all. Great place great environment.

The brand CHAAYOS always fascinates me. At this outlet it was my first time. Nice interiors.Although space is small . But nicely managed. There were some itmes from menu which were not available. I think that cld be only area to improve on.. Rest staff was also nice.quite friendly and behaved.

Awesome ambience with equally awesome starting from Palak patta chat is superb, Paneer loaded paratha is the new addition to the menu, it is more like paneer paratha pizza so any pizza lover might or might not like it. The differ kind of serving of kulcha with kulhad matar is intresting idea but the taste of mattar is little blend for any food lover. Now if we talk about Pav Bhaji again the servicing is good and so is the taste. If you are looking for light snack to go along with your flavour of chai then you can try Vada pav or walnut Banana cake either dates & nuts cake. However if you are thinking to try Moms Poha here sorry that not the right choice to go for, as it is too blend and the authentic taste is missing absolutely. The winter special gur wali chai and shahi chai is something to relish on. Last but not the least on the list any coolers lover can try the soothing masla shikan ji. Over all I would sat a place worth your money and your taste buds.

Have been to this outlet many times...The chai served is Supremely Top class .My personal Favourite isDesi Chai with Tulsi adrak Elaichi and masala.This is my Perfect Recipe for chai there.The staff is courteous and gentle.They handle every query with a smile and are quite cool headed.Deducted a Star just for Exorbitant Prices of their snacks ,So, This is a little set down otherwise Chai cafes running very well in all over Delhi/Ncr and gave our Dear CHAI a new and modern outlook...Cheers !

It’s like India’s national drink has to be the ‘Chai’ and the brains behind Chaayos have targeted the right places. All a person needs is a hearty cup of Chai; be it after a tiring day at work or an eventful day at the shopping mall. Being strategically located in every mall in Delhi, going to Chaayos is inevitable.Chaayos also keeps on experimenting with flavors and comes up with some new additions in every season. Like the ‘Gur wali chai’ during the winters, they have recently introduced ‘The Sun-sational Summer menu’ which has some incredible shakes.The 3 new shakes introduced are –Motichoor - Made up of motichoor boondis(which are in-house made) this one is a never heard before flavor. Loved it and don’t be scared that it would be too sweet going with the flavor. It is not only very aptly sweet but also goes really well with the food like the Keema Pav.Cake – Made from chocolate cake, this is loved by the kids and people who just cant have enough of chocolate.Kulfi – The Kulfi shake was my favorite, I loved the smell of the kesar pista mixed with sweet basil seeds. Reminded me of my childhood, when milkshakes had to be with some flavor other than the usual chocolate.All these shakes go well with the food menu. And if you are done with the shakes, end with the Chaayos special ‘Thandi Chai’.So make the most of it till the summers are here.

Good variety....took adrak chai...but the taste of Adrak was missing...

This is my first breakfast experience at any of the Chaayos outlets. Zomato seems to have no checking mechanism. The timing reported for Chaayos Gardens Galleria Mall Sector 38 Noida outlet is 8 am to 11 pm. Actually, it is 9 am to 11 pm. The store does open at 8 am but for customers. That is for internal setup and upkeep. So when I reached at 8.15 am I found two staff members. One behind the counter and another busy in cleaning and setting the tables. Obviously, I was told to wait for another 45 minutes for it to open officially. The good thing is I was never told to go out of the outlet. And the whole conversation was quite polite and decent. It was quite an early time of the day and the mall was yet not opened.On top of it, the weather was good and fortunately for Chaayos Gardens Galleria Mall, you don’t have to enter the mall. Just adjacent to the mall entrance, there is Starbucks. Next to Starbucks is Chaayos. with its own entrance. It is an enclosed area unlike open outlets in Kirti Nagar and Subhash Nagar Malls. The covered area is good to accommodate 15-20 tables. That means 60-80 people can easily walk-in to this outlet and enjoy their tea, snacks, and mini-meals in a cool environment beating the heat outside during the summer. The ambiance is quite interesting. Additionally, here you find mosquito and flycatcher on the right wall just opposite to the counter. Another plus point is newspapers. At least 3 different newspapers are there to welcome you right in the morning.All this, that includes, nice welcoming by the staff, newspapers, no flies/mosquitoes, excellent ambiance, and neat & clean atmosphere made it quite a serene breakfast experience at Chaayos Gardens Galleria. On top of it, the food and drinks are fabulous, as usual. To start with, I had Saunf Thandi Chai followed by Baarish Wale Pakode and Paneer Loaded Open Paratha. Saunf Thando Chai was a quick thirst buster after a long drive. Baarish Wale Pakode is my all time favorite since its launch. That was a good decision to order it. Paneer Loaded Open Paratha is another nice option for veggies. In fact, loaded masala Paneer with Tomato sauce makes it quite tasty. The slices are cut like what we usually get in Pizza. Thus that makes it easy to grab slice by slice and enjoy the juicy Paratha.During this time, I could easily lay my hands on the daily newspapers to get a glimpse of the news of the day. Since I had a meeting at 11 am in NEPZ area that is hardly 20 minutes drive from sector 38, I had some more time to spend at Chaayos Gardens Galleria. So I took out my laptop to have a quick review of the points to discuss during the meeting. During my work, I had Kulhad Chai (hot tea) with Laung, Tulsi, Elaichi, Saunf, Kali Mirch, Adrak, and Dalchini. That was quite refreshing. While closing my laptop I decided to go for their recent launch in Chaat section that I had at their Connaught Place outlet a few days back. It is Egg White Chaat. Finally, I had a Thandi Chai to accompany during my drive to the meeting place. Overall, it was a fabulous experience.

Good Place to meet people while having original tea with ginger

My favourite place to have tea in Delhi/NCR area. Though it is a bit crowded but worth a visit. The quality and variety of teas available here is awesome. One can think any flavour of tea and I bet chaayos has it in their menu. My personal favourites are kullad chai and gudd vali chai. besides tea, I dont prefer their food much.

Price are too too high doesnt expected for Chaayos.. why should pay so hige price like Simple bun maska Rs 89/- this is not at all a fair practice..chaayos you must think ovet this.
