BEWARE, THIS APP IS A TOTAL FRAUD !!!These ppl alongwith the restaurants are running a nexus. The restaurants inflate the prices of the dishes by 35%, then claim to offer a discount on dineout app of 40%, actually fooling the customer by actually giving a mere 5% off.U can compare urself with the bills of the restaurant & their original menu & also with their menu on swiggy/zomato.Hopeless!!!

Quite stupid service. They instantly give you a confirmation of the table but in the back end, the reservation with the restaurant isnt confirmed. They keep you hanging showing that the table is confirmed even when the restaurant cancels it. Dont use it, experienced it a couple of times now.

Absolutely trash, during any festival it wont notify if any table is available but accept the reservation and when you reach will be rejected by the restaurant.

I wish if there is a star below than one. I m a restaurant owner and took their software last year. I left in mid of my subscription due to poor technology and services, this year they promised that it will be good, so again I trusted them but I myself assume I m fool to trust them again. Their response, service, product all are not worthy. I wish if I could get refund because paid amount 😭 is harrasment for me now.

Very bad experience

This is the worst experience ever with dineout as they dont care about their customers. I made a reservation with the barbeque company and they updated the false status of confirmation and the restaurant was not even open. In every follow ups they confirmed with confidence. Id rather rated them negative but I didnt get any option lesser than 1 start.

Wort app worst customer service. I went to the restaurant and i paid through dine out and after that restaurant mentioned that they do not accept payment through dine out after that i paid through my debit card and trying to get my payment from dine out but its been a month im unable to get may money. If i try to contact dine out, everyday i get same answer that we understand your concern and we apologize for taking longer than usual to address this. If i chat on dine out to resolve my issue i get robotic answer i guess which all are self generated messages which dine out executives are sharing.I dont have any hope for getting my money back but yes stopped using this pathetic app.

There customer service is beyond pathetic. Many of the restaurant that they display dont even accept bookings from them.Went to Nazeer karol bagh booking a table via dineout. The staff at nazeers was clueless about dineout.luckily i got a seat as the restaurant was not crowded. I complained to them and the customer support people asked me to write an email to them along with a copy of the bill and assured me that i will be compensated for the same.Its been 120 hours(5days) and i havent received any response from their team let alone compensation.

I have booked a table for 15 people at Ambrosia restaurant via dineout app on 21 Dec 2019 at 8.00 p.m. having booking Id:DO 8057730. Table is confirmed. On reaching at the restaurant, they denied us of any booking made by us. It is an embarrassing situation in front of our guest despite of confirmed reservation, we are not allowed to sit by the restaurant manager.This type of service provided by you and the restaurant will affect your reputation. I will think twice to refer anyone to book a table via dineout app.Hope you will consider this complaint seriously.I will also suggest others to personally confirm their table rather than rely on dineout app for confirmation.. as no doubt they can stand u in an embarrassing situation. There is wide communication gap between restaurant owners and dineout management...

Dinning experience was okay as always but I am extremely unhappy with the way of management from dineout and barbeque....when dineout showed some price on their website on the basis of what the customer is booking the table....the restaurant should offer the same price...or they should atleast inform the customer before sitting..they gave me a hiked billed and asked me to pay..Upon asking they said there is a clause on term and condition that the price could change without prior notice.what kind of service is that?....both dineout and barbeque nation are fraud.
