Our food was good, potatoes were a little bland but well cooked. The works omelet was filling and had good flavor while the orzo tomato soup with spinach and feta cheese was very good. My wife enjoyed her pancakes and sausage. I would say his is gone cooking fine right.

Breakfast time - Fantastic diner you can easily walk out with a single meal that cost $5 or walk out with meals costing $20. I enjoy the atmosphere, it resembles a diner very well. I believe the food is priced fair and the options are almost unlimited. Each time I go I enjoy getting a combo that gives me a free 3rd egg. The wait staff is completely knowledgeable and constantly looks out for you. The times where they are busy depends on when you go. If you go on a Sunday go early or you will hit the church crowd. If you go Saturday I would recommend going early to beat the other crowd. Breakfast times is on of my favorite restaurant. Especially their food is delicious. Covering from a simple scrambled egg to a fluffy pancake as well as getting anything else on the menu. Typing about it is making me want to go back again.

Winston Salem location. August 4th 2021The food is good but way over priced. The service was so so. Waitress looked real tired, an effort to take my order. Cleanliness of the restaurant needs much improvement.Had a booth, table sticky, crumbs on the seat of the booth. Had to sit and look at the floor that was real dirty. I can tell how bad it really is. Appears the floor is mopped with a dirty mop head. Menu was dirty as well. The lights in the ceiling all have a white lights. One bulb must have been out so they replaced with a different color bulb.Waitress at the counter was standing and eating holding a plate. All waitresses behind the counter talking and staying there. I saw many customers coffee cups empty but the staff is too lazy.The condition of the mens room was disgusting. Entire mens room smells of Urine. Only toilet in the mens room was clogged with toilet paper. Both Urinals needed a new urinal screens. Suggest that your restrooms be checked hourly to prevent this.Will never return to eat here. This location is off of Peters Creek Parkway......If I were the reader, I hope I made my point to stay away from this location. This location needs a professional manager to run that business like he or she owned it.

Great place , such a southern family feel. Love it. We travel far just to come here and dine together . Our waitresses have always been super sweet and the prices are extremely affordable. Its not a big place so its possible youll wait (Id plan for it) , maybe theyll consider buying out the space next door 😉but either way. Its worth it !

Great place for breakfast staples with an emphasis on country cooking. The kind of big breakfasts that afterward you either take a nap, or have the energy to chuck bales of hay out of a barn. LOL. Weve gotten omelets, sample platters, biscuits and gravy... just about anything you can think of on the menu. The food is consistently good, whether you dine in or take out. Ive never had anything here that wasnt delicious. Be warned: this place gets BUSY. They have a smallish dining room and youll probably have to wait a few minutes to sit down. If nothing else, its a good indicator of how much people like eating here. The staff is always courteous and friendly, even when its wall to wall packed. Theres a very short list of restaurants Im willing to wait at, and this is one of them.

This was my first time at this location. Food was great except for the sausage links...tasted like it has been left in water for a long time. I dont know...could be just the brand of sausage...other than that, it was good. Friendly staff.

The portions are huge and the food is delicious. Our server was kind but also had a sense of humor. And it was packed in there and everything was great. My dad got the breakfast time burger and loved it. But I would recommend the classic chocolate chip pancake. 🥞

I can honestly say as their Pest Control technician, this is a top-notch restaurant. They take pride in the cleanliness of the their kitchen, dining room and restrooms. The cooks take care to prepare the meals and a timely manner. Sanitation is a top priority. Plus their omelettes are the best in town!

Ive been eating here for 10+ years. Great food, decent prices, but poor service. Theyve never been able to handle volume. If its busy, they wont answer the phone for take out orders, food takes forever, and wait times are too long. If you go when its slow, its pretty good.

This place was away from the downtown crowd. There was plenty of parking and the waitresses were super friendly and kept our drinks topped off. I LOVED, LOVED, LOVED the blueberry pancakes.!!! They were stuffed with plump juicy berries that were cooked perfectly...I got a berry with every bite and they were topped with a warm blueberry topping that also had fat, juicy berries lightly dusted with powdered sugar. The berries tasted fresh...not super sugary. The bacon was thick and sweet. My husband was pleased with the options available for vegetarian---several omelets and hash potatoes or home fries. The only negative was the food on the floor. I feel like floors should be swept when the tables are cleaned off...it only takes 1 minute to sweep an area immediately under and by a table. Cant stand food under my feet. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this place. Dont let that stop you from dropping in. Everything else was great. Very cute and cozy gem!!

When I went there it was already taken. The girl just threw a sorry at me but did not offer anything else. Her colleague, a young man just gazed but did not say anything either. II just left.This is how you lose customers

Not good. Ordered over medium eggs. Got runny. Waitress never refilled my water. She asked if I wanted a refill but never came around until bringing the check and then asked if I wanted a to-go water. Watched her serve every table around us in the meantime. Just bad service. The food wasn’t that great either. Don’t get Benedict anything. Just bland yellow “sauce”. Husband barely ate his food; he was so disappointed. Pancakes were meh, too. Bland. Won’t go back.

Front of house staff is rude and clueless about how to do their job. Party of 8 put before a party of 3 that had been waiting for 45 minutes. The party of 8 did not wait at all. I drove from Greensboro/Burlington area to eat here. I WILL NOT make that drive again. The server was great and food was good but to feel like my party of 3 didnt matter compared to a larger party was enough to make me find another place to spend my money.

I swear this place has hens in the back because the eggs are the best Ive ever eaten! This is the #4 for only $6.89 and its so much I have to give most of the French Toast to my husband which is so hard to do because it is amazing!

I have been going there for years...I went there last Saturday and there was a lady working in the take out section I had never seen before,so I go inside and she is steady on the phone taking orders but when she gets off the phone she helped 2 other people that came in and ignores me all together. They pay and get there food and leave,when I spoke up she answered the phone again and proceeded taking orders. The whole time there are 5 other people waiting around me and 4 to 5 orders on the counter,she took at least 5 or 6 phone orders while Im standing there !!!!! Finally the regular guy comes in and I layed my $$ on the counter and told him Im paying for the chicken biscuit and to keep the change,the point is people dont seem to prioritize what is in front of them (Handle what is in front of you and then move on) !!!!!

Me and my bestfriend went there to film our YouTube video and omg the dog on breakfast was fire 🔥🔥🔥 literally. I mean like a home cooked southern meal Jesus. Lawd it was good. They practice social distancing as well and are very friendly. You dont get free refills on orange juice lol. Also we got a 6.99 meal with orange juice about 2 dollars and some change and one extra side, came to 13 and 15 dollars and my and cuddy could not figure out why. THE BREAKFAST PLACE. Before Covid, we would go eat every weekend as a family. We just order it to go now. Their biscuits are superb and their platters are fantastic. I recommend the chicken fried steak with white gravy.

Decent food, but Im not too much of a breakfast person. Service was good.Chorizo omelet had strange, almost cinnamon-like taste. Toast was dry, no butter, the butter brought to the table was frozen, un-spreadable. Hash browns were good.

Prices have gone out of reason too people had 2 pancakes with 2 pieces of sausage 1 tea one water 20 dollars plus 4 dollars tip will never go there again
