One word for ZIFFON from my side would be HONEST & EXCELLENT Workmanship.Despite some minimum up and down which are bound to happen in interior works, the work done by these people was just awesome. I got my modular kitchen as well as wardrobes made by them. The look as well as the finish give a royal touch to the interiors.

I am editing my reply so as to respond correctly, Ziffon will avoid any attempt by customer to ask for any warranty due bad workmanship and instead blame the customer with no basis on facts.Okay, so has Mr. Rohan shown you the pics along with when the complaint was raised from my end? Let me tell you the facts. In March 2019, all installation was complete, project due to finish by 14th Feb, but finished in late March 2019. Mr. Rohan was present to deliver the final product, that day in March 2019 the technician had made a hole in the tv unit to get the wires behind the unit. On 1st May, 2019 we noticed cracks in the unit precisely originating from the point of drilled hole. I am an Aircraft Engineer myself, and I noticed the wrong workmanship of the technician, the cracks escalated from the point of drilled hole. Please ask Mr. Rohan for facts. We sent pics and details to Mr. Rohan.Please ask him when the pics were sent by us, when we reported the issue. After repeated calling and repeated ignoring by Mr. Rohan, he finally came to visit, and said he accepts the issue.How come it is 7-8 months, from March to May, alright, and how come crack developed from the point of drilled hole when the technician was wrongly using the machine. Is it safe to let the tv hang from a cracked unit?Kindly talk some facts, we never forced anyone.Mr. Rohan and the technicians, all of them said that Ziffon is a chor company and they wont respond favorably as they have sensed an opportunity to make more money from the customer. Before blaming me, kindly check from your end.Why no one responded to me when repeatedly I asked to resolve the issue? Since more than one year now? Now only when I came to public portal, then a reply which has no basis in facts.Even till a day before, I tried calling Mr. Rohan, but aviodance of customer as always.You said, you are open to discuss, how and by what way?

I am sharing a honest opinion about my experience with Ziffon. They have done the best work at my place and beautifully designed my one kitchen and three almirah. They are expert in using every corner of space. They are offering me 5 years warranty on Modular kitchen. Their design is very attractive and impressive. Price offered is very good as compared to other brands of modular kitchen. If you wish to design your kitchen in a beautiful way do contact them as they are an expert in this field and you can get best services.

I wanted to get home interior done in my flat at Sector-78 Noida and I did a lot of research as you know everyone does like me, but I could not find any good company who could ensure me for the best work. I personally visited many showrooms and companies to see their designs and work but they were not worth it.After a long time of research, I found one company, Ziffon India through internet.There were good reviews but I felt that in so many good reviews there were not a single negative comment. That made me more curious to visit their showroom at Noida. My wife and I visited the showroom and saw the display. It was even better than those positive reviews which I had read. I interacted with the executive and explained him my requirements. He guided me the the types of wood, quality of laminates, hardware and kitchen accessories. Within few minutes they were ready with my design which made decide to work with them. Their final piece of work at my flat, when installed, was even more pleasant than what we had imagined.Ziffon deserves more than five stars but I have no choice but to give five stars. This review is my small contribution towards those people who are looking for an ultimate interior for their homes.Thanks

Ziffon has a strong team with good communication skills.They have been highly reliable.Their team has a great attention to detail and they are exceptional in terms of office furniture.

I am editing my review in order to give a true picture. Poor workmanship on part of Ziffon India. One always faces issues with the furniture manufactured by them within a short while and then one has to keep following for months for a resolution. Pathetic. Will not recommend this company. Currently facing issue with the study table manufactured by them. Complete lack of accountability. The phone no. of the so called Business Head of Noida on the google is more like a cosmetic business head. When I expressed the problem and the fact that their head Mr. Rohan had visited on December 26, 2020 and assured to get it resolved, he was highly discourteous and rude. The business head of Noida Mr. Kaushal on call today never expressed the promptness to visit the site and get it resolved.

Its been only 3-4 months ,They made Gprofile kitchen but gprofiles started detaching from ply now.Not recommend.Not upto the mark..

We hired ziffon through a referral .The presentation, purchase and installation of our modular kitchen and T.V cabinet went well. We would recommend ziffon to all those who are looking to redesign their home decor.
