They have abundance of awesome toys. Their great variety of good quality toys of famous brands and their friendly and polite staff will help you choose the perfect gift for your child. The drawbacks are that they might not have all of the famous toy brands and their might be very few discounts compared to amazon or flipcart. I would prefer you to go there to just check out the toys, and order it from amazon or flipcart later, this way you will know about the toy and you will save your money through discounts.

Unattentive sales staff in logix mall. they find it more enjoyable to sit and do chit chat instead of recommending gifts and toys for kids. When you ask for some product they always make a blank face as if they dont even know the products they are selling in theirstore. Highly untrained and unprofessional lazy staff..No demo of electronic toys is given its also a big drawback of hamelys..

Hamleys is a perfect place to find all sort of toys and have fun. Whats more?They have recently opened this amazing MIRROR MAZE.It costs you 150 bucks and then you can enter into a complete eerie space first with dim light and mirrors all around - up, down, right, left.After that you have to enter via a mirror door and you enter into an illusionary world full of changing lights and music.Find the exit while having adventure!

The place is good but the staff has not much knowledge of the toys , I took a Nerf gun worth 6000 and they made me choose a gun which was not so in demand and they made me change my choice by giving wrong information , not much help from store manager as well , its not at all cool what u guys are doing , the only work.u had to assist the customers and not by cheating them with wrong information

Very fine store for gifts.Children would definitely love this place and it has a huge variety of toys, gifts, playing items etc.They have world class stuff and of great quality. This store is locatedat 2nd floor of Logix city centre which is approachable from metro as well.

I love this store! Often after watching movies, I visit this store to check out new toys and see if I can buy anything. The staff is very kind as assists customers well. They always greet you whenever you enter and exit the store. The price is also reasonable as the goods they offer are of high quality and are at times not even available online! Would love to keep visiting it.

Its a delightful place for small kids and even for adults. The best thing about this toy house is that the store allow the customers to experience the different toys available in the store. Kids and adults love to visit this place and browse around and try out the different toys meant for trying out before you finally decide to buy them. My kids love the place though the toys available here are a little expensive. I hope the store do something about it. Thank you.

Visited the store a couple of months ago to get something and actually was not sure of what to buy. The staff was helpful and offered me a number of suggestions and choices which Ultimately I agreed with and bought something. The gift wrapping was free and there were a number of games and toys at display for kids to play with. All in all a good experience, hope the same stays now that it is a Reliance group company.

It has a variety of toys for both boys n girls of various age groups. The quality of the products is really good but I still find few things over priced.Hamleys is a one place every kid would love to go and buy toys of their choice. Very nice collection of soft toys.🙂👍

A toy shop located in the logix mall. They have a lot of collection suitable for kids of all ages and have a demo piece of nearly everything, so that you can make a good selection. But the prices seem too high. They seem to be having some toys that are not available at other toy stores, maybe that is the reason for the high price of some articles.
