We frequently buy merchandise from online from various reputed companies and almost blindly trust the quality and quantity without realising that these companies are merely shopping platforms and are dependent on manufacturers for the quality or quantity of these products.I always order breads from Big Basket and yesterday ordered 150gm pack of soup buns for first time. I instinctively felt the package to be lighter and smaller... so decided to check the weight and was shocked to see only 100gm of contents instead of usual 150gm as mentioned in product as well as on their website product description page. I however checked weight of all other breads (for other brands) bought from Big Basket and found them to be perfectly fine. The customer care has nothing else to offer except asking me to return the product.So be cautious while blindly trusting these platforms. सावधानी हटी... दुर्घटना घटी
