Amazing experienceQuality was goodI ordered loving cup cakes from swiggy they provided nice cake with the look, packing also the taste was so yummy and fresh.Also they are very nice at service with the delivery person forgot the birthday Banner but Bakingo person got it delivered within the next hour to make their customer happy.

Bakingo is serving best Cupcakes in town. Their cupcakes are always fresh well made & well packed. Their are lots of options to choose from. My truly favourite are Devilish Chocolate cupcakes & Chocolate overloaded cupcakes. Even other flavours are very subtle & balanced not overly sweet, loved blueberry & red velvet ones too. They are having outlets all over delhi/ncr and serving till 12am. Trust me guys I am never ever disappointed from this place. Highly recommended.

Cake are bit pricy but tue taste is worth for the money you pay. The location on google map may sometime takes you somewhere else.All other bday customizations are also done here from greeting cards to ballons and other stuff.This place is situated inside narrow street. So watch out when parking a big vehicle.

Pathetic and disappointing service. I received email at 2.20 that my order is out for delivery but received my order at 4.15. the picture was totally wett and digged in the cake. When complained, no resolution was provided. On call they say whatsapp and no body replies on whatsapp. It was so embarassing in front of the birthday whom presented it as a surprise.

For the first time I had ordered two velvet jar cake from bakingo just because my friend suggested me that. I had ordered two and after a long wait of 2.5 hours I have received only one item- then I make a call to customer care and the person over there told me that it was a mistake from there end and I will receive the next item asap. Again I wait for around 45 minutes and I received it- the most shocking thing was that the two item was totally different in taste, as one was fresh and other was stale which I had thrown in dustbin- so as a new customer my experience is worst. Please improve quality and also check the order carefully. Total Waste of money

One of the worst service , got the intimation on the same day that cake cannot be delivered. spoilt the surprise , if it was not deliverable then the team could have informed before. Last time same order got delivered but this time they came with lame excuse that it is not deliverable. Better to go with other reliable service like F&P.

The cake was delicious. The taste was really good. The delivery was within time.The behaviour of the delivery boy was courteous. We had informed the customer care for suitable currency change as payment was on CoD basis. However, the customer care did not inform the delivery team and it became difficult for us to pay. Nevertheless it was done. Will reorder again. Request the team to look into small things as sometimes they may become difficult to handle.

Their service and cake quality is so bad that it does not even deserve 1 star. The cake was not fresh. When tasted it felt like it is 2-3 days old. We had to throw it away.It was a pinata cake. It was mentioned on the website that hammer will be delivered along with the cake. It was not delivered. I followed up with customer cake on chat and phone multiple times. Every time they gave a false assurance that the hammer will be delivered within 1 hour but it was never delivered.

I was in mood for some pastry and Ive heard about this place from my friend. I placed an order of pineapple pastry and chocolate truffle pastry. The order received before time and both the pastries were served seperately. The pineapple pastry had very smooth taste, texture and flavour. Chocolate truffle had the finest chocolate flavour and amazing texture consistency.

Worst customer service, worst delivery service, worst experience with bakingo!So after waiting for 5days for them to resolve my query here I am writing a genuine review. I order a bday cake which got delivered after the party is over (at around 10pm). They were making all the lame excuses for the delay and even after continous contact with their team (I tried 5 different numbers and made around 30 calls) I have not got a vaild response.I advise you to try some other amazing bakers in Noida then relaying on them.P.S bakingo, your customer is here for an experience and not to waste time on getting their problem resolved. Stop luring them with cashpoints.Understand you are delivering emotions and your are obviously unsuccessful in doing so.

Pathetic! I ordered a chocolate coffee walnut cake. Was delivered a normal cake and when I tried to tell them nobody paid any heed to what I had to say. They only display the good reviews on site. Most of the reviews are fake. Customer service is trash. Waste of money. Very disappointed.

First Experience ...very disappointing....they charged me a lot...but the cake was prepared in a haste...not matched with the picture I saw..n chose....fruits were cut in an unprofessional way..pieces of oranges were put into the cake without taking out seeds..bitter in taste.....time was given 11:50 pm..n the cake was delivered at 11...spoiled my surprise....no message was written on cake or card ...which they asked for....over all...bad ... pathetic experience...wont recommend at all....after paying so much ...this was not expected ......Attaching both the photos...What I ordered n what I received.

Great service received from Bakingo. At first I was not sure as I have never ordered cake online but I am really happy that I did. I ordered pineapple customized photo cake and it turned out to be very delicious. Just one thing that spoiled the taste is when the candles melted, they melted the small plastic stand as well and then cake git that bitter taste.
