I have ordered Chocolate Mud cake several times, I got melted cake every time I ordered in a hope that they will not repeat the same mistake again. and every time I complaint about it but nothing happened, they are actually very rude.

Only cake shop I think i know near sector 61, it serves the best quality cakes in noida sector 61. Our whole office orders cake from otik. Earlier I dont use to eat the cake because i was allergic to egg and also i dont trust any cake shop saying it is eggless but otik cake i can truly say is eggless if tbey claim it to be. Thanks otik

I had Order truffle cake. That was tasty and price was ok . And I’ve tried their walnut brownie as well as rainbow pastry. Taste was good as expected but price were may be a little bit high.

Good facilities ,,,,food are also spicy & tasty ,,,,in a few time he is improve our quality& Neat& clean .........we can say that perfect but not best...... please more improvement.

Poor delivery.I have been ordering cakes from otik for 2-3 years now. The quality is getting degraded day by day. I ordered a black forest cake, the cake was tilted and pushed to a side, seemed like it fell on the route and then when I called them they said to bring the cake to their shop or they cant do anything. Rather than accepting there mistake the delivery guy argued that why didnt I ask him to show the cake before taking it in and claimed that he heard the cake falling while I was taking it in.They dont know how to talk to the customersCustomer handling and delivery is very bad.👎👎

Giving one star to this place is generosity. We ordered a chocolate truffle cake for our friends birthday. It was a soggy mess. We called them up only to have them lecture us on how cakes are made and how we didnt know about cake consistency. Unbelievable.

I have ordered Chocolate Truffle cake from this place and actually the cake was completely melted. he gives us normal chocolate cake instead of chocolate truffle cake.It ruin all the party vibes..After contacting with owner ,he didnt accept the mistake and gave us the lecture that what is the actually chocolate truffle cake . We have ate many times chocolate truffle cake. So dont make us fool what is actually chocolate truffle cake.And Also accept your mistake because it is fully your mistake due to pre-delivery half bake cake.

Third class shop, pathetic service, cakes are extremely bad in taste. A local shop is far far better than this so called shop. Please dont waste your money and time by ordering cakes from this shop even if this is the last option. Honestly they dont deserve even a single star but there is no choice for giving 0 rating.

I been ordering cake from this shop from last 4 years and every cake I order I received with full satisfaction. I usually order white forest cake, fruit cake, blueberry cake and otik special. They are best according to me but check for your taste too. Discount is also available and if you live near by sector 61 they will deliver it or else Bette to pick your order.

I have been ordering my cake from past three and four years of the same shop in the tropics Mall Sector 61 Noida. Deliver best of the best cakes. Im not sure whether I have not ask a single time for the home delivery but yes I have collected every time from the shop and it was really amazing.Thumbs up to the cake lovers must visit once.

Cheated. Today i ordered a cake Death by Chocolate in which bread cream was too backed which was giving bad taste, so i called them to check it, representative came , and take a cake, i asked him to check at my place , but he denied as it was suppose to be checked by Seniors at shop, the cake was around half kg which i gave in return...after waiting 2 hours in which i didnt get any call, i called them and asked for status, then they told me that we have checked sir ..and cake is perfectly fine - which i was expecting it. fine no issue...but why they not return back rest cake to me in this case?

Worst experience one can ever have. I ordered a cake for a birthday party through their website. It was promised to me that the cake will be delivered to me with in two hours but I got it in 3 hours. Also the cake was broken and in a pretty bad shape.

Absolutely horrible experience. we ordered blueberry cheesecake and they sent whipped cream on a thin slice of cake topped with blueberry sauce (thank god the blueberries were real, at least), oreo cheesecake was again not a cheesecake, but an oreo pastry. they also gave a black forest pastry when we had clearly ordered a triple layer mousse. extremely disappointing when youve been craving cheesecake for over a week and then you finally get this disgrace, not even close to a cheesecake.

I ordered a cake from Otik and paid almost 1000for half kg rochers cake.. these guys didnt pack it correctly and used a oversize packing box due to which the cake was damaged when it reached my place.. when i called the guy at cake shop to tell him the issue he was not ready to listen and was putting the blame entirely on swiggy. Irresponsible behavior by the shop..

Bad delivery, it happened 3 times with me. Whenever cake got delivered it was out of shape, I dont know if OTIK delivers bad cake for home delivery. It happened today also, cake was damaged from sides. Hope they will give strict warning to delivery boys.

I ordered cake and a jar and it took more than 2.5 hours to deliver and otik shop is moreover just 3 kms away from my place. Also the customer care executive confuses with the wrong time that it is just going to deliver now. Will never suggest anyone to order from here.

Not even worth for a single star but will have to as its mandatory, they say that the order will be delivered within 120 mins, but never got one. Moreover if you call them and ask them, they will just fool you around ki maam order nikal gya h, nikalna wala h and after saying ki nikal gya h, when it should take not more than 15 mins to deliver at our footstep, it takes an hour. Seriously upset with OTIK, will never suggest anyone!

I ordered an eggless fruit cake from this bakery and mentioned to deliver the cake by 1:30pm the next day in my office only which as per the shopkeeper costed around 1300 bucks(I inquired for pineapple cake also which was around 1100 bucks so i preferred Fruit cake only as the difference was not much).The delivery boy came at 12:50pm only(40 minutes ahead schedule) and called me around 10 times in a span of 5 minutes.As I was busy,so I could not pick up the call then,so I called him up after 10 minutes and he told me that he was waiting at the reception.When I went to receive the cake he started asking me questions as to why I did not pick up the call and as he had to wait for 10 minutes,he lost 2 orders from his customers.The bill was of 1172Rs which made me think that the cake was Pineapple cake but I had ordered fruit cake.Then after 15 minutes I received another call by Otik Shop and the first question he asked me was Did you receive the cake or not?As a matter of fact I just asked him if he had sent me Fruit cake or pineapple cake,to which he rudely said :Did you answer my question first???I said I only asked you a question to which he retorted that you must have replied to my question first before firing a question at me.I told him to mind his language to which he said that madam first you should talk to me properly then only I would ensure the same.Also he asked me why I kept the delivery boy waiting for 15 minutes and I should have picked the call.When I told him that he came early to what was expected I was busy,so I called him back in 10 minutes when I got free to which he said that it was your fault and you should be available at all times.When I asked him to make me speak to his manager then he proclaimed that he himself was the manager.I told him that I would post a review of my bad experience on social media to which he said Sure you can!!The cake was good but these guys need to learn some basic manners and ettiquettes to talk to their customers.I would never order a cake from Otik again and will tell all my colleagues not to order from the shop owing to the attitude problem the whole staff possesses.
