Worst experience ever. They didnt give cake knife, incorrect spelling of Happy. Taste like too sweet pastry. They ruined the Birthday of my friend and made me embarrassed.

Not good experience I brought today I kg Butter Scotch cake but it was 535 grams this is cheating with costumers charging money for ikg cake and delivery 1/2 kg just see photo of delevered cake

Booked a cake on 25 July 2019 to be delivered on 26 July 2019. The cost was Rs. 1000. Paid Rs. 500 in advance. The promised time of delivery was 05:00 pm on 26 July 2019. It did not reach till 08:00 pm. Repeated calls were responded with one answer: “ the delivery boy has left to deliver it at your place “. Guests were becoming restless. Finally went there. The cake was waiting at the shop to be picked up. Brought it myself and completed the function.Swear not to deal with them ever again!

Very poor cake. Bought choco truffle cake which was very bad in looks and very poor in taste as well.

I ordered a choco vanilla cake online (pretty looking from the pic posted online) however i got an ugly looking black and white cake with message which was not readable (no one could make out what was written except me since i ordered) . The bakery claims to be pure veg but the cake had pungent smell of egg and we ultimately had to reorder from some place else. If you want to save your events please choose another place and dont waste your money here.

The butter scotch cake purchased today was smelling and was stale. Called up the shop to inform. Was shocked when they admitted O er phone that the cakes at their shop on counter could have been of bad quality and they will adjust on our next visit. The cake episode ruined the birthday party at my home. At the time of purchase the lady at counter had assured me that the cake was fresh. Very sad state of affairs with this shop.

Ordered half kg fruit cake. It was not a good experience at all. The person at the shop was not professional and was rude. The delivery was not systematic as well. Cake was also not of the good quality. Not happy with the service.

All doing fraud i ordered red velvet cake in uber eats but they sent me vanilla cake and i called the shop owner he said he will not send other cake and also he said to complain to uber eats and and he will did not replaced and very bad experience

Horrible horrible experience. I was ordered 2-3 times but never get a good quality cake... packed cake look good and fresh comparatively. I never ever recommend to anyone.

Worst cake delivery. First confirmed delivery will be made in 1 hour but no update given till 1.5 hours and afterthat they requested 10 minutes time again we called after 20 minutes but again said it will take 10 minutes... And finally got a cake which was broken and we had to face embarkment. Refer pic. Shamless guys.
