The customer care team is highly professional and supportive. I ordered brownies and it got delivered the second day but I was not satisfied with packing and I raised a complaint with photograph. They took my concern very seriously and immediately offered with my full return but I asked to repeat the order and I recieved it after two days. I was very satisfied with the packing this time as well as the quick response I received. Now I order regularly from this website and satisfied with the quality.

I ordered an item of 460 and paid online but as my order was delayed for a couple of days i sent an email to dilocious requesting them to cancel the order and refund me and got a call from them the very next day and they told me that they have initiated the refund of 460 from their side but also they sincerely apologized for the delay and problem that was caused for which they sent me the item i ordered absolutely free. i received the item i ordered first and the next day i received the refund of 460 also. i really feel that the site is great but the sellers sometimes dont work as expected and the site gets blamed for that even though they are trying their best to keep their customers satisfied. I wish all the best to the dilocious team for their sincere efforts.regards

Atrocious service.An item booked online on 1st oct 2018 for pickup from ellora melting moments Dehradun for local delivery in a locale in Dehradun hasnot been delivered even after5 days(till 9pm of 5th oct 2028.Any other agency could have delivered it in a few hours.

I had placed orders on 24th June, it has not arrived, no email, no news. Today is 2nd July.
