A safe and secure place to stay /live. One would find residential units to suit a multitude of budgets. Main attraction is its proximity to the famed Brahmaputra Market which should take care of most of not all shopping needs. Vechicles parked on either side of the narrow internal roads sometimes creates problems. Overall, a fairly decent place to stay.

Dont get trapped into the deals of dealer like Mukesh, he takes one month brokerage but give very bad services1. You will find 🐍 snakes roaming freely near your doors. Very risky.2. Rent is also very high.12k for just one room set.3. No freedom. If you have friends then forget to live here.

Its very good apartment.Recently I visited my friends place there. But when I got there, the major problem is to park your car. It happened thrice. :(

These are residential colony, having an old fashioned built. It has close proximity to Botanical garden metro station and Brahmaputra market.

This society is basically for the Army personnel.But if one wishes to get a room on rent then also its available.Overall a peaceful and safe place.One room will approximately cost around 9k-10k.

Well managed RWA. Mostly inhabited by retired military officers and judges. Adjacent to Lord Mahavira School and opposite to Delhi public school sector 29. Nearby market is sector 29 Brahmaputra market famous for evening footfalls and nonveg street food

The inner structure is good ... But it is a old society ... And lack of proper parking space ...

Good apartment. Only 7 floors are available here. Parking is also here. No issue with parking space. Even, their is parking space outside the apartment. Metro is not available here or even close to it. It is little bit far. I guess mayur vihar station is near to it. Lift is very small.

The society is nice in location. But cleaning is needful. Special activities must be done such as sarasati puza, flag wasting, etc.

One of the best place to reside for an outsider or for a student on rent.First of all to not go through broker.Second of all it will take around 2 to 3 days and you will find a garage or a 2BHK apartment in the same locality just have to do a little bit ground work and you will find without a broker. You can save your brokerage if you can do a little bit of ground work. Do not choose to go with a broker they will charge your highly and even after paying them you wont get a piece of satisfaction.So I highly recommend everyone please do not go through broker find your own house it will take only two to three days go on every door knock every door ask if they have a vacant garage are vacant flat if they will have it the owner will give you.*1. Garage per/month rent 8000-10000.2. 2 BHK. p/m. Rent 16k.- 18k.3. 3 BHK p/m. Rent 18k- 24k.4. DO NOT CHOOSE TO GO THROUGH A BROKER.

Its a safe army retiree locality within Sector 29s Arun Vihar. The residents consist of sweet army families, or Amity kids/working professionals living on rent. The locality itself has two open entrances, one on the main road besides the Mahavir School/Brahmaputra Market and one which only accessible after entering from any of the gates of Arun Vihar. The former shuts at 10 pm while the latter is open 24/7.
