Its a well maintained society with 8 wings in total , each with G+ 13 floors .There is underground/ Basement parking facility available. There are two 3 gates to the society, two back gates and a front one. 24*7 security guards are posted at each gates and at the entrance of the each wing too. Ample and clean walking space, playground area for kids with enough swings and adequate plantation within the campus add to the advantages of the place. There is a market area on the back side of the society for every essential commodities including salon and eateries too.The flats available in the society are 2 and 3 BHK.

Water shortage issue started in February , not sure what will happen in may-june. Looks like poor planning by society management.Rest, security wise its good as its pretty tight. Guest parking is a bit problem though.Gym machines are very old and most are malfunctioning.However, as such overall society is clean and well maintained.

This is a nice society to be part of. I recently went to one of my friend staying there. The security however, was pretty loose. We were able to get inside without even calling the owner. No check there. The ambiance, however, is good and spacious. Most events happen near the gate area only. Lifts are premium, and the construction quality is good as well. Designs and space inside house is pretty decent.

The apartments in this housing are not that luxurious but its got all the basic amenities. Gym is pretty good, swimming pool is bit small and the badminton court is not maintained very well. The park for children is what makes this place happening, lots of people come out with their kids.

Vegetable local market is just a walking distance from back gate.Kids play area is located at right place and view from almost all flats is awesome . Back side of the society is touched with slum . If you own a house there than it is fine but visiting someone here is not a good option .

One of the best societies to live in Noida. The open area and greenery provided is top notch. The apartments are above average and the security infrastructure is good. The society will get another feather in its cap with the soon to be completed metro station nearby.

It is a good housing complex in sector 76, NOIDA, U.P. It consists of about 750 nos of 2/3 room flats in G+14 storied six towers. Two floors basement parking facilities are available. A small swimming pool, a Gim and a shopping centre of about 12 shops are there. The complex is having a good Security system.

Good society if you are looking for a flat to buy in Sctor 76, Noida. You can buy a flat on resale at around 75 lacs. Although I personally feel it is a little over-priced.
