I just love this place....Ill rate 10 out of 10 for cleanliness and security.

Delays, Maintenanace costs too high, while construction quality longetivity questionable.Residential project in Noida with good ventilation in all towers. Club house, Elevated Garden, Badminton court, Skating rink etc all present. The construction quality is decent when compared to the likes of Amrapali in the vicinity. Facilities like Hospital Facilities like Hospital, School, etc are available like 5mins away.

Nice residency located near Tripathi hospital with good market in the premises.

This place is good to live a healthy and peaceful live, society build quality is good, you may face some issue related to elevator sometimes, but rest is good.

A lot of sports activities. Judo crates, skating, drawing class, dance class, lawn tennis. Behavior of security guards very courteous, smiling faces. Neat and clean society. Guards not provided proper place to sit and save themselves from heat wave

Seems a neat place, security is OK, parking sufficient, power backup present, maintenance is available on call. Play area is sufficient, green spaces are there but need more manicuring.

Initially it was nice staying nowadays. AOA of RG has completely change the pictures of RG. Again it is nice place for family staying here

RG Residency in Noida, Is good place to live with, Their maintenance staff is very supportive and security is also up to the mark. Highly Recommended.

Bhagwan bharose society.No club house.Electricity issue.Water problem everyday.Faulty lifts.Maintanance non existent.Whenever there is an issue, maintanance staff stops picking up call or switch off.It used to be satisfactory earlier with good security, now its worst.So better avoid.

Most of Lifts are non-working. If living on 20+ Floors suggested to have Parachutes or Private Jets to Land on your floors.Builder in Jail, Residents are arrogant with their politics to get AOA / RWA Establishments. Brokers are non-responsive once you paid them. Its better to go in some government society rather then this.

The security is very tight here if you are looking for secure society in Noida this society is good for family members, the guards here keep proper check on all the activities happening there

I consider Rajesh Goyal head of RG group is the biggest scoundrel . Even basic necessities are not provided in the society. Every week water scarcity is come to haunt you. Taps remain dry for more than 20 hours, when water comes it comes only for 20-30 minutes.Just shifted this society 1 week ago. This is one of the worst maintained society I have ever seen. Not a single day went when some of my family didnt had to climb 10floor atleast twice. Out of three only one lift works, that too keeps breaking down twice/thrice a day. I regret my decision to choose this society.No pool for Summers..

One of the best society in sector 119 noida, highly safe and secure and clean as well,Only con is they dont allow male bachelor resident (for some this might be a pro), 1bhk rent is about 11k with maintenance.

Newly built, spacious society in sector 120.5-6 KM from Noida city center (nearest metro station). 8 KM from sector 62.

DO NOT BUY OR RENT A HOUSE IN THIS SOCIETY BECAUSE THIS SOCIETY IS BANKRUPT. You can see leakage points on the buildings even the stuff used for construction hasnt been removed from the place

Facilities are very poor..Quality of flats built is too poor..No club ..no gym..high maintenance charges..lifts are not maintained.no proper place to play for the children..only one slide for the whole society.. cleanliness is not taken care of...Really very poor society..

Swimming pool, club house not available even after 7 years . In some of flats constrution quality is poor and substandard.Maintenance Department never cooperates.Elecricity bills are not provided to flat owners since last 3 months despite regular follow up. Registration of many flats still pending. Apartment Owners Association never cooperates rather speaks the language of builder.

Its quite large society with 12 towers. Unit size ranges from 1BHK to 4BHK. Its 10 mins drive from Noida City Center Metro Station. Security and maintenance services are good and constantly improving.

What to review here????. This is a simple gate and nothing else.

Do not even to think to invest in their projects. Even after two years of possession, registeries are not happening at their 120 sector project. Real example of worst cash flow management as payment to noida authority is pending hence NOC. And because of this whole process of registeries are delayed by many years.

Worst maintenance services.. Water and electricity shortage very common.trouble extreme during summers..no one to listen
