Its a small and peaceful Society.

One of my known lives there on rent. I had gone there and immediately seemed to notice few things like, lift wasnt working (one of the lift) and it has been in the same condition since past 1 year. No shade for car parking. It used to be in good conditions an year back. It is less crowded than others and quality seems OK.

Pros:You want to stay in sector 50 and you have no other option to live.Cons:Very old structureYou will suffer with FOUL smell due to biggest open drainage roadside (too major for roadside apartment) that can cause major deceaseToo many pigeons will make your life hell..TERMITES are all over societyOpen parking without shedsHard waterThese issues are much critical for flat like B 504 where owner is only interested to get money from you ..

Gud and nice play

The society is ok but but the management committee here is horrible. They charge Rs.700 extra from tenants towards maintenance charges every month which is illegal and if you question them, they will disrupt your back up services, water services etc. and will force you through your landlord or in other ways to vacate the flat. So if you want to rent an apartment here be prepared for this discriminatory treatment.
