It is a concrete structure with no plants and trees. Its flats turn in to oven in summers. The advantage is that it has an attached daily need store and à Noida authoritys park adjacent to the society.Metro station sector 61 is at a walking distance. Broad roads , medical facilities, mother dairy àre the few added advantage.

Living here for quite some time now. One of the best places to live in Noida. Near to Sector 62, Sector 18, Sector 63, Sector 58, etc.

The society is quite safe. That was one of the most important thing I was looking for while searching for a flat.There are 2 gardens around , well maintained and filled with fitness enthusiasts.Would have given 5 star, but on one of the evening my guest’s car which was parked outside society premises was in process if getting stolen. Luckily we reached in time and society’s president also helped.

Will not exaggerate. Except Unit C515, everything is excellent.Unit C515 is a trap, you would keep maintaining the house as its very ill maintained by owner.

Nice apartment. It has 2,3 and 4 bedroom option. They have security guards at the main entrance and at the building lobby. They have complete power back up which means one can use anything including AC. But the charges for power back up is high. There is a good swimming pool and a gym. They have a shop within the campus which sells all essentials like groceries, stationary, processed food, etc. It is also centrally located at Noida

I am a visitor here to meet relatives. Its a small society in between independent houses. Only have 3 towers. Security is normal and has basement parking that is high enough to get another big new car. Easy to reach and visitors parking is not defined you need to park around society anywhere as per ur convenience.

This is one of the best apartments in Noida. Not too crowded, has a swimming pool and a club too.

Very good society with so many buildings and eventually many flats. The sector in which it is located is one one of the high rated sectors in noida. It is so quite over here and you can have very good social life here. There is a seperate space for children if they want to play. Parking is spacious. They have a temple here if anyvody wants to go for prayer. They do have a shopping complex named quick pick where you can easily get your daily essentials.

I dont know much about it but Surrounding was fabulous.

Place like home that is called peaceful and well maintained. Three parks nearby, good connectivity for transportation, hospital, school and malls are nearby. Shopprix mall is just at 200 mtr.

This society is plagued with politics. As tenant if you plan to stay here; dont expect much - they dont paint the house even if you have been living here for 3+yrs . They have in house painter , so you cant get it done on your own .you need several approvalsThere is lot damaness in the society houses. As tenant you are harassed by the broker and the owner.Its a set pattern . Once you rent a house everything is your responsibility.Its a frustrating experience.
