Good society. Not very old. On rent , rooms are available only for families. Maintenance is good. Located in sector 62.

Very old flats which I believe was built in the early 2000s. Very nicely located and an excellent place for families to settle down. Lot of play spaces for kids such as play areas, walking paths, multiple badminton courts and basketball courts. Security is good and the area is well maintained by the management. The flats are spacious & well-built with excellent ventilation. Didnt give 5 stars as I found two cons living in this area 1. Very dusty as Ive witnessed some or the other constructions keep happening in this place & it has been the case for years & 2. No shops in the vicinity. The nearest one is about 2 kms & the route to that place is it scary after sunset as it is not well-lit. The area doesnt have proper public transportation. Buses are always late & usually crowded not in proper condition. Getting an auto from here used to be difficult. But nowadays thanks to UBER & OLA & not to mention in a couple of months we will be having metro plying on this route with the station coming up just a km away.
