Square yards is an real estate consultancy firm.they will provide you property in all over India in less price compared to to others.And I will not recommend this company for work for freshers, because attrition rate is very high and you will not get incentives also before 3-4 months after your achievement, this company showing that it is an MNC but they will not follow any standard of MNC.work hours is 9:30 am to 8pm here so your personal life is going to ruin.They hire freshers because they can sale property to their family and relatives after heavy pressure.You can find teammate are very helpful but seniors are not helpful,You will not get any holiday more than one or two days in a month but they say that every Tuesday will be off.Only one thing is good in this company that salary will come on 7th of every month.

This is the most unprofessional and pathetic company.The team leader Dheeraj Agrawal and the manager Vikash Tomar dont have manner at all.They are forcing employees to work for more than 12 hours and way of talking to employees are worst than anyone can think of.They give off all of a sudden and say there will not be any off now. They do not think of employees and treat them as a labour.If you join this company forget about even breathing for a minute.They do not give offs,lunch breaks,timely going out from work.

No stars for them, They dont deserve it.The manager namely Vikash Tomar dont have manner at all. He humiliates the new employees and force them continuously from the first day of joining to sell the property. He removes the employees without any reason and starts harassing the employees from the first week. He doesnt know how to behave with the employees. If you want to lose your respect go an join this organisation. At the time of interview they say that the office timings are from 9:30 am to 7 pm but they dont allow the employees to leave the officebefore 10 pm.

This Company do not good behavior interview candidate. They does waited in office many hours for interview candidate. I got here at 10:45 am. my interview was timed 11:00 am. but I have waited for interview 2:00 pm. Zandu work here who consider themselves artisans. Total waste of times....

I have taken one commercial property through Square Yard, they have taken the next 2 payments cheques in advance. First payment they given to builder on time as it was booking amount but for second they dont submit on time due to builder ask me for late fee and interest. I asked them to resolve issue they play on phone and mail for 9 months but no success. Later I contacted my own builder and get this resolved.. On square yard side it is still in progess.. I will not comment whether you have to go with them or not. But please be sure you will face issues developed by them which you need to close by your own..

Its a good organisation to work for with good official amenities and spacious office. Near by dont have much options of restaurants except few street food shops and panwadi shops. Nearest metro station is Noida sec 16.
