Flat in PARAS was to be put on rental. Since they have shop in the same compound, we under good faith gave them Keys to show to ppl looking for rent. Due to Lockdowns and since we live bit further, we didnt visit the flat and were always told that they are showing it to ppl for rent.On a surprise visit, we got to know that the Home is being used by them/someone and was under bad condition. Kitchen & Washroom are being continuously used. Doubt that they were even showing it for rent. Very pathetic service and highly unprofessional.

Someone who is new to this location can consider second Gurdians and he is very commited towards work.
