Situated besides a big drain..Smell is an issue...Location is good...Only multi story building in the vicinity.. park in between garima vihar and noida haat is good..

Apartment is not newly constructed but well maintained. the rooms are ventilated and each room has a balcony. close to nature, trees inside the this.place is near malls and also small shopping complex and metro station.Good place to stay however,People looking for the place on rent can also try this .Parking, garden , security and more services are good.

Despite of being in Noida this place is close to nature😜 which is the best part....as it has trees inside the campus....this place is near to many malls and also small shopping centres...and metro station

Quiet society with security guards and a mini temple within the society. I would recommend it to whoever likes a quiet place with a park for the kids to place in the safety of the society area. Has ample parking outside and designated parking per house

Close by the metro and looks good from the outside. One should be clear which direction the house is in coz the one facing Nwr Vihar has a huge drainage.

Raw society with out any facilities like gym club pool or anything. Only basic amenities. Old construction but location is perfect to go anywhere in noida Delhi. Small park is available and a hindu temple within the premises. Market is just 1km away

Unlike modern day housing complexes this on quite spacious and secure. The added advantage is its closeness to Noida City Centre Metro.

A nice residential apartments to live in. Metro and market are very near to it. The reason for me giving 4 star is that there is a large drain flowing besides apartments.

Nice place... spacious flats

Nice township situated in noida sector-35 with option of 2bhk to 4 bhk flats. Township is nearly 15-20 year old. City centre metro station is within 1km range. Good parking facility here and small children park is also here for kids.

Good place to stay however, cleanliness is a concern in some places. People looking for the place on rent can also try this as per their budget for the monthly rental payment.

Worst society to live in . I have recently shifted to this place and its been a month we are facing water supply problem . They dont provide water supply in the morning and whole night. Maintanence is too bad they charge you so much but no plumbers no electrician. Moreover maintainence people are rude . They dont respond to your complaints .we are planning to move to someother place . No peace here

This place stinks...Literally. There is a drain and garbage dump yard next to society. Water supply is another problem. I have recently moved to this place and must admit that I made a poor decision. All the advantages of society is lost due to above problems.
