Dont purchase flat in defence enclave by ATFL builders (SUJEET AND CHANDAN).At the time of booking we were assured that Govt banks like Canara and CBI are also giving loans on this property.Later we are communicated that now we have GIC best option as govt banks have stopped funding. Now GIC is not funding cz may b some technical issue. Even now no one is picking the phone. SUJIT , CHANDAN not even answering the call. Seriously speaking if u have cash then purchase else go for other option like GAUR CITY or other RERA approved projects. Because here only DMI is funding and its rate of interest is too high. Property is freehold. Not sure how much worth this property is.even DMI finance customer care is also poor. And rate of interest is 12% approx. If u go for RERA APPROVED PROPERTY here all gov banks giving loan at 8.45% and property is also safe. Be careful while purchasing property..

Sector 44 Defence Enclave One broker told me Sunlight tower Plot no. 9 Tower Map is not approved by any where when i ask to bank need for loan. If this ture then very easy to this building demolished by only one court order. I am Very afraid because more tower is build here without map approved and land approved.Without verification more people buy flats. And broker not provide a valid Paper.​I AM VERY AFRAID. No Police, Media, Court and Authority Show any thing Wrong in this project.

Structure is almost completed. Very good location for family. Market and daily needed amenities were around 2 km.

I allready paid 20% but now my loan in not sension from any private Bank. Now they said me loan through GIC Housing Finance and its interest is so heigh. I dont want this. how i cancel to buy flat and refund my 20% amount.

It is very nice but going under construction after all off building its awesome place ever because situated near by botanical garden metro station & also from few distance away from GREAT INDIA PALACE, SECTOR 18 ATTA MARKET A CHEAP SHOPPING CLOTHES AND FOOD MARKET, ALSO FEW DISTANCE AWAY FROM { DLF MALL OF INDIA }

Its under construction...Even first floor is not complete till...Work seems to be on good pace

Its a new construction area in future it would be a great to home purpose and stay. it close to sector 44 noida and approx 3km far from GIP NOIDA.it have a goog market place near about.but in current i will give 3.5 star

The construction work currently held here but it was design with undertaking each facilities to provide here .The work almost at finish level and then after final finishing it was ready to served u best .Every necessary thing is aronud 2 km frm the building location.. 😊😊

Sector 44 ATFL Broker is fraud and these have not ideas any thing he just want to you pay money. but no provide valid documents. Sujeet and Candan Agent of ATFL is FRAUD and 420 person. Now More than person withdraw booking amount because sector 44 Land is not registered. Sunlight Tower Plat no. 9 approx 12 person withdraw amount including with me.Here Broker sentence is not match with fact. Please Careful

FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD.... Sector 44 have some thing wrong. Land related information is not valid as ATFL person Chandan and Sujeet. These guy not take guaranty to any thinks on paper. I think we invest money then check it here These are Fraud. Sector 44 LAND is not a Free HOLD for Builder. if he say yes then check paper as i checked paper and Lawyer suggest is not valid and suggested here every thing is FIXED. HOPE that this will be another shahberi noida extension Demolition.Broker sell with telling wrong. 420 Brokers here...
