Such a refreshing experience after the lockdown. The staff is super friendly and kid-interactive and very hands-on. My 5yr and 1 yr old enjoyed thoroughly. The play area is infact good, but this one is let down big-time by the disinterested didis- the kids are supposed to be chaperoned, but the didis are busy in their petty gossip. No attention to the kids whatsoever. Then there is so much nit-picking by the staff- pls dont do this, dont do that...and this is directed at the small kids. I am surely not coming to this place ever again....there are several playcentres which are far more professionally managed than this one. Playdate , which is just a few metres away from this place, is a much better play area with such nice support staff.I felt that the owners too are little high handed and not very congenial......whispering and giving silent instructions to their staff is what best they can do.Edited to add after seeing the owners review-Pls dont preach me what is expected from me as a parent. If you cant take constructive criticism positively, I suggest that you please go back to Management 101 playbook. My kids nannies told me all these things once we left the centre. I had no prophecy that they were going to give the negative feedback. Anyways, I have nothing against the brand, but I thought that by highlighting my grievance, the concerned people might take some action. But how wrong I was! I am considering myself fortunate enough that I managed to save us from embarrassment in front of our guests.I had booked this place few days back for my kids upcoming birthday party, but was kept in waitlist before getting the confirmation. And they knew it well that today we are here for a recce. Still their attitude and behavior was not upto the mark.First of all there are no different charges for toddlers, kids and adolescents; though they have a separate area for toddlers. The exclusive toddlers section had very limited activities/rides for them.The area dedicated for other kids is on an elevated floor which is about 4 feet above the ground. Though its not possible for a kid to fall off from the floor, they were not attended by any of the attendants. My kid was a bit hesitant on going ahead on her own, no attendant was willing to take the initiative and assist her in enjoying the rides, etc. When one of us requested to go ahead and help our kid, we were not allowed to do so either, and there verbal etiquettes were minimal. I think it was this very moment where they lost our booking for the party.The attendant and other staff had to be polite at all times. They are not giving anything for free, and nobody is puny to revert back. Its only our decency which restricted us from showing them the appropriate way out!I mistakenly stepped on a rubber mat and next second I was shouted at to look down what I had done! The low-cost staff needs to be trained to handle customers in a much more polished way.Simply investing big money in a venture is not enough, where you are dealing directly with customers comprising of kids and their parents.Im not is position to think the fate of a differently abled special kid, in case his parents brings him here for some good time.@Tingaland Owners:Pull up your socks guys. You need to get yourself and your staff to attend some training sessions for learning to deal with different customers and coping up with their unique requests.
