Poorly managed. Unprofessionals. Better you deal directly with HP. Their staff is not so qualified but they think they know more than you. If you wish to have better service from them, show them that you are not a fool else be ready to be fooled.

Very humble and efficient staff. This is authorized service center of HP. My laptop was under warranty and its hard drive crashed. They changed it within a day.
