The place is clean and sitting arrangements is good.. Good service in Starbucks... prompt and clean service. car parking is available at free of charge.. With one cup of coffee you can spent 1-2hours they dont have any problem.. But as per taste and other coffee it is very very expensive...

Service is good and fast… the location of this outlet is good coz there is a parking right outside the store and we can enjoy in our car…. the only thing i need to comment is that they don’t provide bills! I understand they want to Go Green & save paper, but invoice is still needed for a customer to understand what is being charged.I have asked for it and due to rush they have forgotten also.. It should be a habit to issue bills to customers at the time of payment.

Unnecessarily over expensive food and very average interior with zero luxury ambience. Had only one non-veg item and most other options from the online menu was out of stock. Had to settle for a chicken packet, a tiny red velvet cake and a basil cheese sandwich which couldnt have been smaller. Im appalled at the size of the portions. The frappuchinos were average at best and the cappuccinos were simple horrendous! Never tasted such poor hazelnut cappuccino in my life!! Worst coffee ever. The upper seating felt detached from the service counter as we had to walk down and up multiple times for self service. In Europe, all the Starbucks Ive visited are 30 times better. Worst experience ever for shelling out 2200/- and having practically ant size servings of food.Pros: The staff were curtious and polite and the covid protocols were maintained by spacing out tables. Free parking. Sanitizer and temp checks.Cons: Over priced, no value for money, no luxury feel, very average interior, detached seating, small servings, very small portions of food, menu out-of-stock for most items, bad coffee

Literally the best Starbucks in the city! The staffs there are super co-operative. You can customise your drinks and the staffs would help you with the same. This is highly recommended ❣️

Its amazingly cozy coffie place .. it reminds me my old days my love with coffie ... We had quite obvious cuppuccino and Tiramisu frappuccino .. me and my son had fab time together !!! Will keep visiting ...

Starbucks Newtown is my favourite outlet in Kolkata because of its unique design,two floor outlet, environment and most important employees of this outlet are awesome. all employees are very friendly and honest they work very well their passion about customer connection is very good. I love this store.

Starbucks, Newtown is a very cozy place to visit with family or friends.Even with the Pandemic going on, they are taking all safety measures and still providing customers with a very good experience!

Starbucks is Starbucks and there is no doubt that it does justice to the cost of the food. Coffee was great and snacks was kind of good. Some of the things like a coconut thins they give was unexpectedly awesome. I would prefer anyone to visit the new town starbucks.

I went there with my family, masks, sanitizers et al, on a weekday just to break the monotony of the lockdown life and to maintain social distance. Most of my experience with Starbucks has been in form of takeaway coffee but I chose to sit in this time to experience the warm notes of brew in the air. The rainy weather accentuated the effect. It was special not because this was my first time in a coffee shop but it was the first time after I regained my sense of smell after the you-know-what. So even my simple cup of Latte gave the message of we will survive.

The masala chicken croissant is always my first choice. Its gets soggy towards the end of the day, but still tasty as hell and goes very well with a chocolate cappuchino!

Beautiful ambience

I liked the ambience. Our table got sanitized in front of us and the coffee cup also got spray sanitized. Quite impressive.

Extremely poor service. Had to wait 10 minutes to give order and another 30 minutes to get it. There is no table service even though most of the seating is upstairs. Foo/drinks are ok.

AMazing hangout place. Their coffee is my favourite. Caramel Java Chip and Strawberries and creme are a must to try. Great falvours are amzing cookies. the red velvet cake is just fabulous and always remember to ask the person whats special today. You can even ask them for a shake which isnt on the menu , but can be made, especially for you.

Worst outlet. Careless staff

This is not a review for Starbucks but the staff in Starbucks Newtown. They are amongst the best I have experienced till date, they will not just remember you by name and always greet you with a honest smile. They will remember your preference and will not ask you the same question everyday but will serve you your exact drink just the way you like it. They take their customer service to the next level - eg, I took my coffee and accidentally spilled it inside my car, went back in to take some tissue for cleaning and to my surprise two staff members came out with cloths, water and tissue to help me clean the mess I did in my car. I didnt even ask for it and yet they did it - something they are not even expected to do. What do you call it? Going over and above exceptional customer service. Kudos to the great team at Starbucks Newtown. A special shoutout to Pushpanjali and Puja.

Good ambience and the classic flavours cherished all over the world . The service was excellent and proper sanitization protocols and distancing was maintained . The space less but the location is accessible from all parts of the city .

Go there for Tata products and services, Titan store with great collection and very good service on Titan watches. Chroma store with lots of electronic products and competitive price. Free parking with plenty of room and Starbucks in case one wants a bite or coffee. Perfect place to shop and snack. Tanishq store is there as well which becomes crowded on Dhanteras and you need to stand in queue to buy gold. Not crowded in normal days. There are no other restaurants or shopping places on walking distance, Axis mall and Central on a 5 mins ride.

This is one of the greatest outlet of starbucks what makes it more special are the staff who are extremely helpfull and knowledgable and friendly and professional aswell in nature. Have to mention one name Mr MD Bilal. Who has helped a lot during our last visit. Will again visit very soon.
