Absolutely Terrible. The owner Ms. Meenakshi is very rude and downright patronizing. I was informed one time by the Delhi office, another time was given by the Bus driver, then was informed that the bus has broken down. After a dozen calls, I was informed the bus cannot be repaired and is cancelled, and I can send account details for refund. Next morning the lady simply refused for refund and said bus was not cancelled, how can you trust the driver. Well lady it was you who gave me the drivers number and I dont have a lie detector built in my phone. I was stranded at bus stand till midnight in the night with two females.Still without a refund, will approach the consumer forum.

We found splendid to travel through the YatraByBus to Katra. It was great to be the part of such travel company. the ambiance of the bus was quite cozy. the travel was comfortable and services were amazing. I m waiting for my next journey through the travel company.

I went Delhi to Manali last month. I found it very comfortable and luxurious journey. my family n kids enjoyed the tour.

I have travelled by this company and i never felt any problem with this agency. Best service given, staff was very co-operative.

The bus arrives late and departed very late as per scheduled time. It broke down and driver kept stopping the bus in between unnecessarily. The booking had said the bus would be Mercedes Benz but the bus provided was not Mercedes it was a normal AC bus. Rude behaviour by the driver. Its 11 AM right now and we are still 3 hours away from the destination. The arrival time was 10:30 AM. Very unprofessional experience.

Booked tickets from yatra by bus but right now i am traveling in city heart travels and when you ask them what is going on then the answer is ek hi baat h sab chalta h bhaiya badiya h ye bhi not a good experience at all somewhere you feel like its cheating you are saying and selling something else and giving something else to the clients will not recommend to anyone

Fraud company. took 3500 for manali to delhi for private volvo and booked rajasthan roadways volvo for me which costs 2862 only. I had called them several times but they didnt provided any information about bus or departure time. Very unprofessional and cheaters
