It was a trip to kashmir. At starting i was nervous but ms baljeet made us feel safe and it was a great journey. We have now many memories of this and all thanks to yatra gateway.I will recommend this agency to all

We booked a trip from them last month which was the worst trip I had in my life. All their arrangements were just awful and also their employees Aarti and Baljeet were abusing on us on phone stating that they are from Delhi. Also in the middle of the trip they threatened us to stop our traveller if we will give any bad ratings to them on the internet. Worst travel agency which I have ever encountered in my life.

They are just looting their customers. They give very expensive quotes and did not even provide half of what was written over there.

We booked a trip from Yatra Gateway last week. They didnt provide the facilities written in their itinerary and also fight on calls if you ask about any help. Will never use their services anytime in the future. 👎👎

Just wanted to send you a quick note to let you know that we had a terrific time on vacation with our group of 4.The accommodations at the hotel Udaan wood berry more than exceeded our expectations – what an absolutely gorgeous hotel – it should be called the WOW Sapphire! The service was just spectacular, we truly felt pampered! We did try the restaurant and bar and had no problem getting in and for the most part the food was really very good. Free room service was a perk .We truly had a wonderful time- it was difficult to leave.whole arrangement either it’s sightseeing or traveling was on another level Special thanks to Baljeet she is gem person 24*7 available for help in any case. She is pro and it looks in her work . Never experienced such a helpful person in my life . Thanks so much for all of your help with arranging this- you did a remarkable job and wetruly appreciate it! The tour organised was nice, worth for price, we find difficulty in communication with the driver so that should be improved and all hotels was hygienic but one hotel in ooty was not hygiene. And as to summarise it the package was worth means value for money, and the package should be provided more in detail like the issue of Karnataka and Tamil nadu border. And specially thanks to Aarti for making my trip memorable. We enjoyed alot.
