Post office Sangam vihar is located near holy chowk. Here wheelchair accessible entrance is available for physically challenged. Here facilities like Speed post, Aadhar card enrolment and updation, Ganga jal is also sold by post office ( 250 ml for ₹30 ). Lack of cleanliness is there and staff are also average in behaviour.

The post office service is one of the cheapest postals available in India. However, the staffs are really incompetent to work in this modern era with computers. Service could be improved if the efficiency of the staffs are made better. The office could be more clean and tidy.

Im kuldeep sharma live in sangam vihar,This is second day im visiting post office for speed post. Post office timings are 10am to 1pm, which i was not aware so i came around 12:45 and found doors were closed they said time is over as per there watch. Today i came at 9:45 stand outside and waited for door open, Doors opened at 10:05 as per there watch but the issue is not 5 mins. But standing in a line from past 20 mins, ther responsible person has reported yet !! We ask there co worker they dont any idea when that person will report.Best after of the office they have pair or watches both showing diffrent timings. !!Requesting the responsible person to looking into this on serious note.We understand things but if post office open for 3 days in week and 3 in day. In that workers are not reporting on time.!!

Wrost staff some people are nice but most of them are not supportive. The post master sir is very nice and supportive. The staff on distributing tickets and account opening form counter (the old man) has very immature kind of behavior. Very bad experience. They are taking advantage of having govt. Job

Timing are totally wrong, the staff put up their board of not working at 2 p.m only. There is only one line to address all the issues related to submission of form or depositing money.All the other staff members are present in the office but have no interest or reasonable care towards their duty.They will just ask us to come tomorrow rather than to do any work. The printer also does not work.No wonder the post offices are dying just because of its staff negligence.

Staff should be change. They dont work. Yes its a kind of job where you feel irritated but its your job, you should love doing your job. But these employees come to office just for the sake of attendance. So they can get their salary. Worst staff. No manners, they dont even help. Yes they get ready to help when you give them a note of Rs. 50.

They never deliver cheque books, whether address is correct or not they always remarks as insufficient address. two times i have personally received my cheque books by visiting the post office.

Even after visiting 4 times with my parcel that I wanted to speed post to USA, they everyday took out faults with my parcel. These people just dont want to work. Reason why international courier companies are taking over the market. At the end I got frustrated and sent it through courier. So Disappointed!!

Staff behaviour is very bad we gone three time for a passbook but the staff said sir time is over but i see the time in our watch its 4:15 pm then i ask the madam that said that the uncle who provide passbook has gone 4 pm his duty is over 4pm but the timing i check to close the post office is 5 pm pls........... very upset....

The people here are nasty and openly asking for money. They have no manners and dont know how to speak with people. I had a query about my passport delivery but instead of that he started yelling at me. The post master has not even turned up on office yet and it is already past 12. A total shirty n crappy place
