I have been associated with Holiday Paradise from last 2 years and have booked multiple domestic and 2-3 international travels and they have been the finest and amazing. My recent trip to Maldives and my previous trip to Dubai was through them and have been amazing. My travel partner Mr Miraj Sheikh is very consistent and delivers what’s promised. During my last Maldives trip he suggested lot of goodies and added multiple extra things like candlelight dinner ,non motor water sports and all inclusive package and we got the best deal and discounts via him . He also put us though one of the best resort and it was a very chill and relaxed trip. He suggests the best things that can be done through the trip and always available and one call/ message away. In my last trip to Dubai also he was very helpful and always responsive and resourceful and made my trip tension free and chilled I have selected holiday paradise and specially Miraj as my future travel partner due to the best trip and services arranged. He will change the itenary last moment and increase ur tour cost at last minute and put u in trouble. All in all the bottom line is holiday paradise is a fraud company.

Amazing experience for the first international travel. From cooperative travel Experts (lucky Rayeen) to flights experience, 4 star hotel stay at goldstate and handling package everything was smooth and secured. The only feedback would be in terms of hotel recommendation which should be more specific, as this hotel being from very far from city incurred a lot transportation cost.Else desert safari and buffet dinner at the oasis palm and half day city tour was amazing and I would recommend Dubai, as a great destination to start exploring the world !4 star is for overall experience and 5/5 for the travel expert Lucky. He handled and managed everything politely, patiently and smoothly for me

My trip to Thailand was so well organised and control by Holiday paradise tour and travel that i will surely opt for my next trip with them. Special thanks to Mr Ritesh Tiwari who had supported in all the ways throughout the trip and ensured we enjoyed the Thailand trip. Hotels were good although being vegetarian had some problems In Bangkok hotel Ramada but with good Indian veg restaurant nearby there was no problem.

I will share my own experience they delivered what was promised in the itinerary, value for money. Make sure you have the clear itinerary from them before you decide. They really do what they say.

We had booked our Thailand trip through Holiday paradise and believe me it was wonderful experience throughout the trip. We had booked a sight seeing package for Dubai from Holidays Paradise. The overall experience was good. We received our visas well in time. There was a WhatsApp group wherein we got all updates before and during our trip. All the sightseeing was according to our itinerary. The pickup and drop was on time. We got the next days programme by previous evening on WhatsApp which was fantastic. Had a lovely and hassle free experience. Would highly recommend it to others.

Worst Experience ever!We booked our travel package to Thailand from Holidays Paradise Tour & Travel, New Delhi. The type of services they provided was absolutely awful. The mistake we did was that we trusted their words and their services. Firstly, we paid the whole amount of the package in one go despite not getting any additional discount. Secondly, we asked for few more options for hotel in Pataya and despite asking for better hotels they forced and recommended for the hotel named “Sawasdee Sea View Hotel” and trust me this was the worst hotel any one could imagine in their wildest dream. We felt devastated at the very first moment we entered in that hotel. I was shattered and felt like crying and was feeling so helpless that trusting Lucky (the coordinator of our trip) was the biggest mistake. My husband was trying to be strong but I got the vibes he was shocked too seeing the atmosphere. Moreover, the two ladies at the reception were so rude and misbehaving with us. At that point in time I called Travel Agent in India and they didn’t entertain us. Further, they didn’t respond to our calls nor helped us in any form. We were so upset that being our agent, what role are they playing?How one can be so weird? We are in a different country and being of same community, the travel agent didn’t listen to us even on humanity grounds.After witnessing all such situation, my husband decided to check out on the same day and within an hour we decided to chek out. We came to reception and asked to do the check out formalities and what we realised, the two ladies at reception shouted on us, made us feel humiliated and refused to provide us the receipt. We again called our agent but they again didn’t response. Somehow we asked the help from nearby hotels to help us come out of the situation.But what we got in return? Loss in monetary terms, humiliation without any reason, standalone in that situation and worst experience from starting of our trip. And the only reason was the travel agent we booked our tour with. Guys, I would never recommend this agent and the respective agency “ Holidays Paradise Tour & Travel” to do the bookings and organising tours.Their responsibility is not only to book the things but way beyond and making their customers feel comfortable and secure by suggesting best of things.However, my experience was extremely nasty and take my personal experience as a strong recommendation.Moreover to compensate the loss, I asked the agent to refund the hotel amount of that hotel which is approximately 10,000 INR for which he refused bluntly and started ignoring and not reverting to my calls, messages and emails. This is highly irresponsible for these people who are running business at the cost of someone’s emotions and on inhumanity grounds.I want justice for my hard earned money.

They were always on our hotel right in time and waited patiently even if we took sometime to get down.3) Good Suggestions given by them regarding how to explore the city and what are the best things that can be done except Dhow Cruise4) the Dinner place Rasoi Ghar they chose for me was one of the best experience. recommended for all vegetarians.5) Always kept us well informed6) Remember to include Abu Dhabi while going to Dubai as Ferrari world is one of its own kind experience and the food is amazing inside. had a wonderful BiriyaniCons1) Our Hotel Seaview Hotel though being a 4-star hotel was a very bad experience. The people are non-friendly and the bathrooms were leaking. I have never met such unprofessional staff, who would not even greet you with a smile in the morning.2) try to skip Dhow Cruise if you have even been on a boat ride. the Dinner was very very average and tasteless. Wasted a full evening.3) The BBQ Dinner is also very average. The whole Dessert Safari experience was wonderful .I had loads of fun with a wonderful belly dance, fire show, Tanoura Dance , Camel ride. but the food was very average which was a big letdown.I would strongly recommend them, only if possible look for another options of hotel or try to self book the hotel and avoid Dhow Cruise( value ur money). it would be better to use that money for a sky diving/ Scuba/ Zipline experience.

For those of you who are wondering if these travel agents even exist or have been searching for review via travel triangle , I wish to give you an assistance.This travel agency does have an existence and we traveled with them to Thailand for 7 days and 6 nights package.Experience was good. The positive side of this package was that they offered all they promised as per itenary in side seeing. We had booked a private package and was offered good vehicles and drivers. Mostly Fortuner and Innova came to pick us. They were very caring through out the trip. Every day they were in touch and at the end of the day, they would ask the review about place visited, flight, driver etcNow coming to the negative side the hotels they book are very-very average especially in Pattaya. If they have offered you seasons Pattaya, kindly deny it. Its not worth the stay. However the stay in Bangkok and Phuket were better. Again not up to the mark.We had another issue with these guys basically because of our first agent. He booked a flight for us that was lite travel and they told us that its the one that has 27kg baggage allowance. But when we checked in the indigo website ,we saw that it was only 7kg cabin allowance. Now this was a huge mistake from their side, especially for shop-holics like me.However later an agent named Miraj took over the case and resolved the issue to an extend by giving us 20kg baggage allowance. Which was ok. But 4 people 20kg again was not enough. We din shop much because of this reason.I would say. You can trust them but just be sure of what exactly you want. Be clear with them and they will follow up rightly.5-star for Mr. Miraj who came as a life saver for this package. His service was amazing and was constantly in touch with us throughout the trip.

I had been planning Maldives trip since a long time . I was searching for best resorts online on random websites and also going through blogs and YouTube videos and every time I wanted to finalise something it was a dead end . I was confused in every search I made and I just gave up on the planning . While I was going through a random search on TravelTriangle , I saw in my suggestion box the name Paradise Holidays.
