Excellent service provided by the agency right from professionally packing and transporting my personal effects from Japan to delivery in noida and unpacking all the material professionally. All the items were received in perfect condition according to time schedule despite prevailing Covid situation. Have tried many Transport service provider whilst relocating different states in last 15 years however AGS was the first time to give a try with and to our surprise it was a wonderful experience. AGS team is very professional and managed very nicely during COVID time ensuring appropriate safety. We relocated from Bangalore to Hyderabad and none of the material were damaged. The packaging was done so professionally and nicely. We have tried almost all services and specially not naming the service provider directly i.e Brand person wearing Cap have almost broken all my furniture and with no refund in past, moreover nuisance with the packers by demanding money for shifting. However the experience with AGS was completely different, the coordinator was so professional that he ensured all items are marked and double checked with legible marking and none of the packer / personnel demanded any money in both place either in Bangalore or after delivery in Hyderabad which was shocking but highly impressive. I highly recommend all to give a try with AGS and feel the professionalism. The rates are also competitive compared to others where others have almost quoted me double.
