Not properly staffed in terms of mechanics, no cleanliness other than floor wipe. Bad design for customer waiting area as through the window only 1 vehicle is visible at a time. There are 13 service bays. Have to go in quite early. Service advisors come to you on time.Mechanics dont know how much fork oil goes in my Duets suspension. 177rs labour for opening 1 stuck screw. Tuned my carburetor when the vehicle was cold, basic negligence.Only go if you have to claim warranty or if outside mechanics cant fix. Charges are same as roadside mechanics for basic servicing.

Worst place for bike service. They dont know how to do service and talk with customers. See how they do service they dosnt have equipment also.

Very irresponsive customer care service , i called multiple time (precisely 4 times) but every time their executive picked call and then put it aside. After few second they cut the call.This kept repeating.

The staffs behavior was good. They have checked my bike and told me about the defects. But they have not intimated me the time for delivery. The timings are from 9:30 to 6:30. But when I reached there at 6:20, the billing department has gone and I have to pickup my bike without bill. The staff has calculated manually my amount and taken that amount from me. But few days later I have received a message from here and in that the amount given by them is lower that what I actually paid. So do remember that dont go after 6:00.

I do not like the last service and the commitment of polish. Scooty did not respond well after service. Polish did not work as they say will not capture the dirt but in few hrs easily captured and did not work.I also now try my luck again this agency branch and then if seee any good thing happen in service time then i will add more words and can think to increase the star or decrease the star.Now everything depends on their service behavior and about our mood.

Service is good but service staffs are not attending the customers in time. Staffs thinks that they are giving some free to the customers. They are fail to deliver bikes after service in time. Even Staffs are not interested to talk with the customer also,they thinks that customer should depend them. Im dissapointed....

Service seems fine. but service officers are few and hence need to wait for our turn. Will edit when I get my bike from service.. this is my edit of the previous review. The service is bad. Paid 4500 for service. Well I knew it did cost so. But, service was not worth the cost. They claimed battery has been changed but the headlight is very dim the bulb headlight is fine but still dim. The chain was not service well. The brake and clutch handles were not leveled. They clean that bring brushes were changed but it doesnt seem so. I dont recommend this service centre.

They offer very poor service. The complaints doesnt get solved and you will have to come here twice for the same thing. I go here because of no choice of other service center nearby. I will definitely get my scooter serviced from outside after the free services.

Dear All customer pls Avoid this showroom because his services after purchased very bad and very rude.after selling bike he will take more than 1 month for number plate.When u will call him he always Saying.tomorrow u got it message.but meanwhile police will do your challan more than six times.this is services from ess kay.in my future i am not recommending this showroom.before that i am taking three bikes from this showroom.

This Hero Motors franchise is a per se looter and a deliberate one as well. A bike on AMC is charged approx. Rs. 2000 for free service. HMSL should take action against them.

Went there for some queries regarding maestro edge. They didnt offer me any chair not even a glass of water. Staff was busy in talking to each other. For 5-10 mins no one attended me. Worst experience ever.
