Pathetic experience, rather than treating patient doctors and staff are interested in making money. Got my younger brothers surgery done during the first lockdown paid their hefty bills but now hes going through the same issue. Ill definitely complaint about their malpractice to CMO

I got myself checked at many hospitals but none of them were as good as Aastha Hospital doctor. He was kind and gentle. He also asked about any complicati ons after the surgery. The most caring doctor I have come across in Delhi. No trouble during recovery. On the surgery day, a cab picked us up from our home and took us to the hospital. There was no hassle for insurance approval as the medical coordinator already took care of it for me. When they meant that they offer various facilities within the quoted amount, they meant it. I went to the Operation theater department of this hospital and trust me this was the best experience of my life. Dr. S K jain is a very competent, patient and kind doctor. he is also very good with new born babies. In fact for my baby he made the special effort to come and see him after birth at a hospital he wasn’t attached to. I have found her ever ready to confirm dosage and medicine names on phone if I didnt understand something or the chemist wanted to give a substitute.Her insistence to give antibiotics only as a last resort surely speaks of her high quality. We were very lucky that both our children got her care while growing up.

I met Dr. Geeta Jain in January just 45 days before my expected delivery date and after meeting her for the first time I was sure that she is the one (something in her is magical) and that turned out the most beautiful experience of my life. I got my baby boy delivered in her beautiful and blessed hands. Few days later I caught infection in my liver and blood due to my bad food habits during pregnancy and there comes a point where I truly believed in them as I have called Dr. Geeta Jain several timed even at late night and she always picked my call and revert me back.Dr. Sanjay Jain was another Dr from whom i was getting treatments as I was admitted for few days due to major infection. He is my life Saviour as I have never been so helpless in my life like the day I got admitted and within few days his treatment made me stable and now I am back to home. Thank you sir for you effort and support.One issue I had though it disturbed me at starting but I ignored, but seeing things happening again I felt like to mention it... In nursing staff their is Renu in day shift though she is good in nature but I had a bad experience with her not at all professional neither personal.I dont like to mention in detail but I request HR department to contact me for further detail so that those kind of things wont happen again.Rest everyone including Alam sir, kajal, rajesh Bhaiya, Pooja :) , few more from night shift were amazing. Perfect personal touch with professional connect.Well done and keep good work up.People like to stay away from hospital but for me it was like a Temple where I got a home.Nodoubt you have a amazing staff but still like to mention about Renu ji as I was mesmerized by your experience so I didnt react but want best for Aastha hospital.

Extremely happy with Dr. Geeta’s guidance and support throughout my pregnancy and delivery. She is the kind who never gets tired and loves her job and her patients. I visited Aastha Hospital for my Mother which is 69 years old. She is suffering from Arthritis. So long she has been in pain. We consulted many doctors and hospitals and mode of treatments. Nothing worked until we met Doctor Samerjeet Singh . What a gem of a person he is.. He is so patient, friendly and very soft spoken. He explained the condition and the treatment is a very clean and understandabke way. His Treatments methods and medicines given are very effective. My mother hardly used to get up from bed. Now she walks with ease and does households too. Aastha hospital is lucky to have doctor like him.
