I am a student of M A sociology I year. I would like to share that this is one of the most enriching programme and experience for me. I have earlier done my M A psychology from the same university but this time my experience had been far more engaging and meaningful. The teachers here are very helpful, cooperative and dedicated. Our ma’am- Dr Richa is a wonderful mentor who is always there to help us. She ensures that all the doubts that we have are cleared and she puts a lot of efforts in making the concepts clear. I don’t feel as if I am doing a distance course because we are always in touch with are. She is very approachable. We have spent a lot of time in our classes which earlier in other courses I found was missing. Ma’am tries to adopt different teaching styles while teaching us. This has been a very fulfilling experience for me.

Its one of the worst study centre of the IGNOU. I think IGNOU should ban it as its study centre. It was allotted to me as my MSO study centre but the head and the staff here is very superficial and not at all supportive rather they are very partial and the assignments are checked and marked so carelessly without following any rubric or criteria. Moreover they use to run some other courses here and compel IGNOU students to join their run courses and demand huge fees for such courses and if we refuse then they play with our career and assign less marks in our assignments even though how best you did. No guidance and mentoring undertaken here but just boosting their own trumpet and making fool of students and all stakeholders.

Good study centre of IGNOU located in Rohini, Sector-9. Famous as CSC. Mr. Shyam Singh Shashi is the head of the centre. He is a famous poet of Hindi and English.Nearest metro is Rohini East. You can take rickshaw or walk on foot. (800m approx).Rickshaw will charge oy 20 rs.

Study environment is good but I face one problem that is study center is not close to metro station
