I began practising yoga at the hauz khas studio since 6 months and I think I am going to continue for a long time! Febin, the instructor, is punctual, good natured and keeps the class interesting by adding new postures now and then. I leave the class feeling very relaxed although the workout is suitably strenuous because of how he paces the class. I am feeling healthier than ever since I joined here and feel like I have more stamina. My back pain is gone! I have been to yoga studios all over the city and the world and this class is one of the best ones!
