Good place to stay in Home atmosphere

I always stay at this guest house whenever I visit Delhi..They have a very homely atmosphere and serve lovely Bengali food.This time I had to stay at the guest house for about 10 days as my father had to undergo a surgery in Delhi.Cant thank them enough for the wonderful hospitality they offered at their guest house.My father had to stay post surgery and believe me they cooked light meals for us and gave us lot of warmth and a wonderful service.The staff is also very good.The rooms are clean and the guest house us situated in a beautiful location

This is the third time I am staying in Atithi. The service lives upto its name. They really treat you like we treat our guests at home. I feel like home whenever I stay here. Food is awesome.. Pure bengali food. If you are in Delhi during Durga puja and want to enjoy the same vibes as Kolkata, you can definitely get that here. The best part is the Guest house location. Its jusr opposite Mela ground CR park and Market no 2 is just round the corner. I will keep coming back here.. Thanx for this wonderful experience everytime.

Not very well organized, especially no breakfast early morning, which is difficult if one has to start off early. Homely environment. Lunch and dinner homely Bengali fare. Overall pretty average experience, but recommend if your travel budget is low

I heard of Atithi, a guest house in C. R. PARK, Delhi from a dear friend. I had a wonderful experience when I visited Atithi with my family last weekend. It has all the amenities and facilities which a guest can expect in a short stay. Its very neat and clean and well maintained. The food was just like home cooked food which was custom made especially for my kids. We were very much impressed with their hospitality. It just felt like a second home to us. Will definitely stay here whenever I visit Delhi. Wishing you all prosperity.

One of the most decent guest house in the locality bang opposite Mela Ground so lots of greenery around. Market No.2 is very near so it really convenient. Enough parking space opposite the facility

It is in very happening location. service boys are good. Need to improve linens, bathrooms. Overall quality of your stay would be pleasant.

Home ly atmosphere

Atithi is a Lodge in H block, just opposite Mela ground and beside No.2 Market. Owner is a bengali. Rooms are decent, bathrooms are good. Service is good and they serve bengali dishes .

Great value for money. Excellent location. Good is non spicy and cooked in 100% bengalee style. Service boys are service oriented. A special thanks to Mr. Dilip DasGupta for his hospitality. But I was quite shocked at his son Angshumans behaviour over a triffling issue. Better to avoid him if one wishes to have a good stay the

Nice. A bengali guest house in the capital. The total colony is based on the bengali families. The best thing about that you can get actual BHAAT, DAAL, MACHHER JHAAL. And one more thing. Beside the guest house there is a market in which you can get great varieties of fish. May be loved by only Bengalis.

They were very pleased with your hospitality especially the warm welcome during check in and seeing off at the time of check out. Also the home style bengali food was much appreciated by them. We look forward to avail your hospitality again in future.

Very poor service . Double bedsheets torn into two halves and not stitched . Unkempt . Staff was polite but Service is sub standard . Bedsheets and pillow covers never changed . Bathrooms not cleaned on regular basis. Owner needs to invest personal attention to each guests and not be callous to not ask how was their stay. Disappointed. Food is ok but definitely NOT the authentic Bengali cuisine at all, given to the fact that I am a thorough Bengali hailing from Kolkata know very well what Bengali food is all about . Fries dripping of cooking oil so much that it dropped all over my arms!Request improvement. Else would not recommend for the price we paid to put up there ! Thanks

Nice and cosy place for shift stays in C R Park area of Delhi. Efficient and courteous service was enjoyable.

I was looking to stay in CR Park with my family for 4 days. I booked our stay at Athithi after going through the online reviews. I was not disappointed. We got cordial and responsive staff, tasty bengali food, affordable tariff (Rs 2000 plus taxes for double occupancy), clean room with a/c & geyser and friendly owners. The guesthouse faces a park and is near Market number 2. So you will get easy access to transportation (auto rickshaws, totos and cabs) and market. We were also guided by the very friendly owners (Mr Dasgupta, Mrs Dasgupta and their son) on local titbits. We reserved the room over phone and without paying any advance rental (not sure whether thats the norm or a special gesture extended by the owners). Recommended if you are looking for a peaceful stay at CR Park with homelike food (Bengali) and in an affordable budget.

We spent very good time at Atithi , it was very homely and food was awesome ....next time again , we want to stay there....

Atithi was recommended by a colleague on which we readily agreed more so because it was headed by a Bengali gentleman. On check-in,we were cordially greeted though it was quite late in the night. And after that night, we really couldnt discern Delhi from Kolkata. The staff never let us feel that we were in a new place and looked after all our needs. And the food was so homely that we would always be licking our plates clean after every meal. Moreover, Mr.Dasgupta and his family were the warmest host that we had ever met in all our travelling trips and we enjoyed quite a few wonderful addas with them. Another thing worth mentioning is the location of the guest house in the heart of Delhi which made our tour easier. Atithi was a most pleasurable experience and it is engraved in our minds that Delhi would always mean Atithi. Thank you very much Atithi for making our Delhi trip fantastic and memorable.

I just feel like that.No more now,I am with a patient.

I have stayed in the Atithi guest house from 24th to 30th December 2015 with my family.First of all, I have no complain about those two people working day and night to fulfill the need of guests.But, I felt like that I am in a Girls Hostel than a guest house for which I have paid. Attitude of the owner is like a Principle of a school and has many restriction about everything.He gets upset if you are changing your order for food and asking for tea and coffee after breakfast. He also asked me to stop my 5 years old daughter to stop singing and roaming in the common area at 10 AM in the morning (not sure about the reason).I had to wait for more than an hour for my breakfast / dinner as there are only two people working and as per the owner that is the best he can do.We were promised for free Wi-Fi, but, never found any.We have never given the room key when we were going out and can not lock the door of our room. We have to request them to lock it and mostly we found it was unlocked.We found another guest house on the top of Fleming Wok and our experience with this new palce much much better and guest friendly.Therefore, I will not recommend it to anyone.ThanksD Roy

Our second visit had to be cancelled owing to a surgery of a family member. The owner slammed down the phone hearing about cancellation and never picked up his phone again. Rude unprofessional attitude
