After almost 2 year the interior of my residence lift is showing rusting at the interior which is said to be of stainless steel which technically does not allow rusting under any situation. By calling customer Care number i get in touch with local manager of my area mr. Praveen Dutta at janakpuri, New Delhi he is very rude and doesnt even bother to visit the site to look after the issue and said it can happen and he can not help in any way.Wasted a huge amount on otis by going on there big company name and reliability.Poor quality materials are used with poor customer Care services.
I have given full payment but since one month they are not giving response. Pathetic lift service ever see
I have a very bad experience about Otis Elevator. This is the 1st year of elevator under warranty . The Lift have some technical problem about which I registered a complaint ( number 3749892 dated 22/20/2020 at 10:40 AM )on the Customer Service Centre . I was assured that the problem will be rectified very soon. After waited around 4 hours I again put my complaint and again assured for quick action. Again after 1 hour I do complaint and got reply that ur complaint will be rectified by TOMORROW INSTEAD OF TODAY.My Tenant was rescued himself after 30 minutes from the Elevator in the morning. The management is so poor that they cannot understand the importance of problems faced by us.Another Tennant had to visiting the Doctor but he was not in the condition to walk up and down through steers. He was also suffered to much problem. I also spoke to the Area Service Manager Mr. Rezi Abraham . He committed to call me back but I didnt get any reply from him .I am very depressed after experiencing such WORST type of service by OTIS ELEVATOR. I request to the management for look into matter to avoid any Mis-happening in the future. Who takes responsibility for this worst condition ?
