This is one of the beautiful park you can find in Delhi. Its a big, green and mostly clean. There is Lord Shiva Temple at the centre of the park and also there is a self weight lifting cum other various exercising accessories attached.. The length of the running/walking track is almost 500m. The garden is full of different varieties of flowers and plants. There are lots of concrete as well as iron chairs/benches.Entry is free, do visit once.

It is like any other park where people from surroundings flats and village throng. Authorities should pay more attention for its keep be it the maintanence of greenery or cleanliness. Authorities should also keep tabs on anti social elements too.

It is a good park. But it gets to crowded sometimes. I recommend not to go at night as there are many drunken fellows and it is also not safe because many incidents have happened there. Otherwise it is fine during the daytime.

There are two sheikh sarai phase 1. The one which the Google Map initially shows is the Sheikh Sarai Phase 1 as RPS colony near Madangir, but whereas the actula Sheikh Sarai Phase 1 is just opposite to Triveni Commercial Complex in Savitri Nagar on Apeejay School Road. The distance between the two is about 3-4kms. Hence, pls amend the Google Map accordingly.
