The place is neat and tidy. The staff is friendly. Only problem I see is the room sizes. Coz its an old built hotel(earlier this was Atrium Hotel) the only problem I see is that the infrastructure is old. The rooms are clean but not that spacious. Sufficient parking space. Big dining place ,all that is there.

Still struggling to get over the effect of lockdown. Pleasant staff who are very obliging. Maintenance issues due long period of being unoccupied. Staff is proactive in resolving them. Overall pleasant stay.

Nice hotel with good quality food and cooperative staff

This property disgracing the name of Sarovar Brand… it felt like a cheap 3rd grade hotel whose ambience, linens , washroom and everything will make you puke.. it was so bad that we had check out immediately. Staff is also very very unprofessional.. it was the worst hotel that i have ever been to. So disappointed that i will never book a sarovar property again.

They have been provided me a twin bed instead of King size bed we couple needed king size or queen size one bed only the thing only they need to take care of it

I had a worst expirence with this hotel.They have ruined my most important day of life ,my marriage.Worst service worst staffThey didnt even serve what was finallise in the menu .There were no supervisors,no one to listen our complaints.My family member serve food themselves from the kitchen to the main table for the bride and groom.

Nice hotel in Surajkund at affordable rates with nice clean rooms, good food, great service. If you want to attend Surajkund Fair, this is an ideal place to stay.

Great food. Superb service . Clean rooms. Just that property needs some overhaul as this seems to be an old property acquired last year during lock down. After discussing with front desk they explained that renovation is due for post pandemic. Otherwise it would have been 5 star. But do visit the restaurant (panoramic) for good food

There is good for nothing. Attended marriage function over there, everthing is bad since we step in the hotel until we left the place. Food is too bad even road side dhaba can provide better food. None of the food serving staff has exoerience. We felt ashamed in front of guests due to their poor services. hotel rooms are equiped with decades old centralized ac units. Smelly passage area. No one is there to guide for parking or to go to your room. Recetionist completely ignoring you and talking over phone continuously. In some areas you cannot even breathe dur to suffocation. My list of bad experiences are endless.

Though food was good but the waiters were worst.. they had to be pushed for service.... No supervisionId never suggest this hotel for functions...

Saw the banquet hall and accommodation for a marriage. Decent hall size with better than average food but accommodation wise was a little disappointed. No matter which block u stay in u have to negotiate 15-20 steps before u reach the lifts. Becomes very difericult for old/people who have a knee problem. Very very helpfull staff.

On 15th February I stayed here to attend a wedding. I dialled Room service and Reception to deliver tea bags and milk sachets for at least 10 times, but to my surprise, they didnt deliver.For getting a benefit to hotel of Rs 100 or so, the staff created a Loss of Lakhs which the hotel would have earned by giving a positive reviews and most importantly, when I complained this episode at reception while checking out; the staff was least bothered about reviews.I would not recommend the property.

It was a wonderful stay with all sanitation standards met, prompt service, and polite receptionists. The food hotel provides is also of quality and the delivery is quick.

Everything was good except mosquitoes in the room.That was bad memories of the stay.otherwise room was okay

Was there with my family to celebrate New Year and I really feel that was the best decision in choosing this location!The food was really good and delicious. Would suggest, if you cant stay then still can plan out your one-time meal there.Amazing service. Clean rooms. The staff was too kind and cooperative. As I remember only two names Balwant Ji in the dining area and Kapil Ji at the front desk was too kind and sweet enough. They both were just a call away and made our stay there best and memorable. Not sure, If I should mention this or not, they even didnt charge us for the babys food, khichdi which we ordered on both days of our stay.As property seems to be an old one. Needs little renovation. But staff also assured in the next few months property will be renovated.

Attended first ever wedding at sarovar and worst ever of my life.Less than zero service at parts of snacks, food, beverage......Almost Zero experienced waiters.....Staff has no idea how the food counters should be placed.......Cold drink which is not cold......Tea coffee which is not hot.......Food seems to be made a day before, not even heatedOffering food to the Bride and Bridegroom... No one to serve, no proper cutlary.....At the end we ourselves went to the kitchen to find out they dont have the serving bowls washed, staff is shuttled in two marriage functions happening in the hotel.....No floor manager to answer....No manager to clarify.....Ultimately it was a nightmare for us and we are not able to answer nor satisfy the Barat, being a part of the hosts, only thing I can say isKISI BHI ROADSIDE DHAABE PAR FUNCTION KAR LENA PAR SAROVAR PORTICO SURAJKUND PAR MAT JAANA,. We were the first Guests in the renovated Sarovar Portico Hotel. We were two couples and stayed in this Hotel from 27th to 29th October, 2019. We were welcomed warmly and nicely and found the staff very courteous. The rooms are very good, well decorated and very comfortable with all essential amenities. The food served was excellent, less oily, and to our taste.The ambiance of the hotel is excellent. We enjoyed our stay and wish all the best to the Hotel Management and staff with the hope that they will maintain their reputation and standard as we have found during our stay.

Where to start from, there was no hot water.Then the basic things like the hot water kettle was not there, no robe or slippers and the room key stopped working and was told that its happening as I left it by phone.Manintaince guy has to be called again and again to get me in and out of our room.And, the toilet flushed stopped working right in the morning.Terrible experience, never in my life booking it again !!!

We were here for an official meeting. The stay was pleasant. Would recommend this place to friends and family. Special mention to Muskaan and team for their hospitality.
