Personal experience after visiting for so many times.Staff behaviour :- Madam sitting at the most left, who approves various accounts at the end of a task, is a very rude lady. She always try to evade the work. She tries to send back innocent people without giving them direction by just saying ye nahi ho sakta or giving them false information. At the counter 3 (date 15 sept, 2021), this guy is decent and have some manners among these SBI employees. He talks with respect to customers try to solve their problems. Rest of the staff is very very pathetic especially that madam at the very left . Always try to misinform innocent people.

Yes, the branch space is small and crowded; however the branch manager and staff I dealt wish were absolutely amazing, their response to phone, WhatsApp were sharp and quick. All the work I needed to do was complex but achieved with minimum fuss and quick timing.

Worst bank ever seen, overcrowded,messy, rudest staff...giving it 1 star because cant give 0.... avoid opening account here.....every staff knows exactly how to postpone their work and enjoy the govt. Job....

Read the rating as 1.5 only. A very messy and un-organised branch of State Bank of India. Staff at 1st floor, dealing majorly with public, is not motivated and at times add to the miseries of its account holders. If visiting for some non-routine work, May God Bless You?!! Always crowded, cramped branch; overgrown to its capacity. If possible, advisable to avoid banking here. Present working hours, picture attached. Branch remain closed on all Sundays and 2nd and 4th Saturdays.
