Good service from bhuvan and chichcha aged person... everything is good but compare to other hotels price is 300rs 400rs increas

I had recently visited Delhi for some work and i stayed in this Hotel for 2 days. I would say rooms are fine. You have the option to opt for a single bed or double bed room(single bed room will have less area but fine for bachelor visiting Delhi ) . Room service is fine( In fact that mid 50 room service man is way more talkative than you would expect normally ).One problem is that they keep switching off ACs from time to time(whenever you leave the hotel they switch off the AC from the main switch so when you return to the room the remote wont switch on the AC and you will have to call the reception to switch it on) .Rest is good. The complementary breakfast (tea, 2 chapattis, curd and pickle ) is good(compared to what you get in Paharganj hotels ).Note : You can leave your luggage if you have brought some in the hotel and they will take care of it till you return( can be used when you have to checkout at 12pm and you have to finish some work which will be over by 2pm. You wont have to carry the luggage with you. Take it from the hotel after winding up your work)

A friendly lodge in New Delhi. The rooms are slightly old fashioned. Most of the rooms are sufficiently spacious. The beds are not hard enough. Wifi and hot water available. Convenient location.

The place is good to stay and Good news for Girls..Karol Bagh market is just on walking distance. With that Good news for Boys too.. theres a super bike showroom in Front of the hotel so you can stare them all the time..😂😂

Worst hotel of Karol Bagh. It will disaster to stay in this horrible hotel. Every room is full of bugs and dirty as hell. Entire stay will be ruined if you choose to stay in this old broken hotel.staff are also rude and services are pathetic. Everything of this hotel is old and junk. Hotel walls will give you feeling of 18th century house. No painting and layers of cement are falling from walls. Bedsheets are too dirty and beds are full of bugs.I will recommend no to visit this hotel ever .

The hotel was good, but even when I booked the hotel online i was denied checking evwn after 8 hours of my scheduled check in. The hotel manager was as he didnt care. Later things were good. Food was okay.

Worst place to stay in karol bagh. AC was kept inactive intentionally by the management. Bed was infested with bed bugs. The rooms were not cleaned for ages. Had a horrible stay there.

Very bad hotel. Only plus point is its location. Just 1 min walk from jhandewalan metro and a safe place in comparison to paharganj area. But hotel is a old one...they cant even provide you an extra bedsheet.

Worst hotel experience! Cant imagine how OYO could have a hotel such as this in their list! I trusted OYO s reputation of providing clean hygienic accomodation and booked this hotel online but was sorely disappointed!The rooms were nowhere near the pictures shown online.I had booked two rooms for my family...Both of them were shabby,dirty,Dusty with torn tattered and patched up bed linens...I asked the hotel manager to allow me to take a look at the rooms before checking in but he refused saying the rooms were ok...so I checked in and paid a booking amount of Rs 1000...later when seeing the shabby conditions of the rooms and the very poor plumbing in the bathroom I wanted to check outthe manager refused saying I have to pay one nights rent..called up OYO but to my dissapointment they were of no help ...so despite my reluctance I was forced to stay there one night and then check in to another very good hotel not owned by OYO nearby the next day....OYO should do some checking before listing these hotels in their name and warn the guest about the facilities available....I am truly and sorely disappiinted with OYO!

I booked that via Oyo the room I seen In Oyo the didnt give me that room All ACs are old cooling not good , further if I talk about cleanliness its ok ,, its not a good deal
