A very important and significant courthouse for contemporary times. All company related cases are dealt with here like insolvency, winding up, investigations, different type of appeals and many many more. This particular NCLT bench in New Delhi has a total of six benches which shows the massive amount of matters they deal with. Despite that the staff is helpful and cordial which is which is a welcome change.
Back end department is very helpful
