Actually I am the manager at Sarita Vihar building. That is very large spacious and is located in a very prime location. Subscribers of MTNL can come here and contact with the whole team.

The office is located in a multistorey. Also there is no sign board. U have to get down from ur vehicle and ask people if u dont know the location.

Worst and poor, I am customer of mtnl since last 27 years , every time the problem exist consistently specially since last year my landline phone is having problem of a lot of voice disturbance I dropped complaint by every means email, online portal, customer care , helpline ,practical visit at nehruplace headoffice of mtnl even after sharing and get noted the complaint into the record file of general manager of mtnl still the problem exists . They have not even bothered to visit single time to attend the problem .Here in saritavihar office also I have called a lot of times it must be 100 times but no response , then I have called on whtsap one or two time they received the call and then they blocked my number . And this is called their customer service . Literally Rubbish.One should stay away from this poor company.

Staff is very good. They had treated my enquiry in well manner and answered with the solution

Worst company I have ever seen in my life..they are just fraud one agent of MTNL Sarita Vihar office come to my home for internet connection he took cash money Rs.3600 but his phone continuously switched off after. MTNL Office also not responding. Police needs to take action against them they are just fraud.

Staf behaviour is quite good. But not helping hand. They always have a bundle of excuses.

They were very respectful and nice to us so I give 4 star I went to get mtnl connection cancelled it was done but it took some time it is hard not to sympathize with people from mtnl I have had connection for more than 10 years and the services where awesome until the government came in and cut the cord and gave it to private sector otherwise if mtnl was given such good support system then it would have beat any of the private firm what a proud thing it would have been but I guess its just a khwaish now

They are terrible!!!!Their office is just across my residence but they are too lazy to come fix the problem.Never able to reach them on the phone.Complaint number keeps changing.DO NOT USE MTNL.Dissatisfied and disappointedOne has to go to the office just to make a complaint!!!!! And still they do not care about customer services they are a disgrace !!
