The hotel is in a super safe and peaceful area, perfect for a woman solo traveller. The rooms are spacious, airy, well kept and clean. The staff is respectful, very helpful and cooperative. The location is perfect, with the metro within a 2 minute walking distance. Would definitely visit again.

Its an nicely maintained old hotel. So even though i would highly recommended it for the location and amenities it does have a lot of old building problems.. Ancient A/c, no usable plug points in the room, noisy corridor, etc.. But still good for staying with family.

I saw an advertisement of make my trip on internet. From that adv I had known about Park residency hotel green park New Delhi. I had to write an international online exam for which I had worked very hard for over one yr . I needed good uninterrupted internet connection and a room with no distractions to appear in the online exam. I couldn’t write the exam at home due to some renovation at home so had decided to book a hotel room for the exam. Before booking the hotel room I had called the hotel and was promised strong uninterrupted connection and I had told the hotel management that the purpose of booking the hotel room was just to write the online exam only, then only I decided to book the hotel room. I had booked the park residency hotel green park through make my trip app. But during my exam in the hotel room there were multiple internet disconnections which led to multiple halts in the online exam and I lost crucial time during my exam which led to immense stress. Even after multiple attempts to call hotel staff and management the internet issue was not solved and the exam was badly affected and hence keeping my one year of hard work for the exam at stake. The hotel staff had misrepresented the facts and gave me false promises about strong internet connection. I had sent mail and even called hotel staff about their extremely unprofessional attitude and false claims of good internet service but they didn’t bother to respond . I had lodged complaint to make my trip and sent multiple mails but still no reply yet. As it’s a big company and boast of good customer service but they have shown an unprofessional attitude . I would like make my trip to look into the matter soon as such hotels tarnish the image of make my trip. I suggest everybody to be cautious in booking a room in park residency hotel green park

Location is good. But Major problem is that of mobile networks. You will feel like separated from all the world. They provided free Wi-Fi facility though to help in this matter. Another issue is that food is very very costly. And to my surprise they did not provide tea or coffee in the evening at 7 PM. Both the hotel and restaurant declined to provide tea or coffee after their fixed timing.Though they provide electric cattle and tea and milk sachets in room.Cleanliness and staff behavior is good. As a solo woman traveler I found the hotel safe.

Situated in Green Park, one of the safest, highly reputed and most plush areas of Delhi, Hotel Park Residency gives you the luxury to feel as a part of the neighbourhood. Nice and beautiful place to stay in Delhi NCR. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Hospitality is awesome. Staff is very professional courteous and friendly. Service standards are maintained. Sufficient parking space is available. Location is also near to the city centre and all main tourist attractions of the city. Restaurant serves good food. Well recommended for family outing, even for a business trip.

I stayed in Park Residency for a night. The hotel is located in the Green Park area of New Delhi. Like many of the Delhi Hotels, it does not have good entrance. The reception staff was courteous and the check in was fast. The rooms are neet but the room services like towels, soaps need improvement. The hotel offers free breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is limited to one item.

The very first word when i reached hotel gate n gatekeeper said to me ..so hospitality starts from there itself..Located in south delhi just to near to green park metro station so it is very convenient to travel by metro as well skipping Delhi’s traffic.. near to markets,malls n airport so prefect location.If I talk about my experience during the stay i would say an awesome one .. well designed luxurious rooms ,great hospitality , neat n clean bathrooms, freshness in the rooms, room service was quick and good.

Quality of bed sheets, pillows, towels questionable. Shower and tap in the bathroom needs maintenance. Wi - fi and mobile phone do not work in the room. Otherwise rooms are very clean and tidy. Nice and hospitable staff.

The hotel met my expectations. It was clean and in safe area, and near to Green-park metro and food joints. I had no issues with room service, the staff was courteous and helpful. My room had a fridge and an electric kettle. The hotel has a restaurant but it is a bit overpriced.

Below average hotel, very old rooms worn out flooring.. located in narrow alleys , no parking place. Extremely overpriced food and beverages.. water bottle rs 70 per bottle, no other options. Cramped rooms and windows opening on alleys. Better to avoid this place, there are many choices around at this price. The hotel must work hard to improve and come to standards. Very bad experience of staying there for 2 days. Will never return.

Its a good hotel. Its distal to the city center but is near to the local city tours. This hotel is in a reserved area with better privacy and the security. The hotel also has its own restaurant with tasty food. The rooms are clean and tidy. But not that luxurious or worth the price. Room services and the staffs are kind and friendly.

Firstly the television was not working and for this they sent many people who just kept disturbing us but couldnt do anything. Secondly the towels as u can see were extremely dirty with huge stains. Thirdly the toiletries provided were not new at all as were unpacked but i think were unused but still I couldnt use unpacked toiletries. Fourthly the breakfast provided by them was really really very unsatisfactory as there were only parathas as breakfast and the parathas were also really bad on taste. Lastly the worst part was that our room was on second floor and the lift was not working which was like extremely frustrating. The hotel needs to improve their services drastically.

Stayed here for one night. Well managed property with excellent service, food was delicious, price was little high but value for money. Room was clean with all basic amenities like tea, coffee, water, electric cattle.

I stayed there for a night in emergency and loved there services and hospitality. In morning, I was provided with fresh and delicious breakfast. The room and washroom were completely dry and clean. The area around is residential which is little hard to find ( use Google maps). It was overall satisfying experience and I would recommend the property to other travellers.

Excellent location right next to Metro and could reach far off places of Delhi easily and has several eateries and hang out places around the vicinity. Clean premises. But the in house restaurant is too expensive and for the given price doesnt match up. So it wasnt worth doing room service except for breakfast which was reasonable. Preferred to step out to get my meals for lunch and dinner. Wi-fi was rather weak and was suitable for using the phone but not for working on the laptop. But overall a pleasant experience and the staff in particular were friendly smiling and cooperative.

Located at a convenient 10 minute walking distance from green park metro station, hotel park residency is a recommended accommodation option for people who want to be near metro connectivity and save money on auto transport everytime you step out. The hotel serves fresh breakfast at room with your preferences that you have opted the night before. The Wi-Fi is slow which is a tad disappointing. Rest of the hotel service is great. They even have a luggage storage space where you can park your luggage after checking out. We did have initial hiccups before checking in though- goibibo informed us 5 minutes before check-in that the place is not available as the hotel has backed out at the last minute. We spoke to the hotel directly and thankfully they sorted out things which worked out very well for us. Goibibo again provided us unparalleled discounts. Long live Goibibo!! :D

Strange hotel. Rooms were ok but staff was careless. There was no hot water in the room for 4 days and despite repeated complaints to the reception, they didnt do anything. The rooms are decent and bathrooms are clean. We liked our stay although it was short. The staff helped us with the check out although we were outside. Kudos to their team. Only trouble: location was a little tricky. Just ask for Ashirvaad Chambers and walk into the lane, rather than trying to drive down.

I recently visited the the hotel to have a dinner there . While I was travelling on the highway . I seemed liked the most promising hotel there . So I thought why not have a look . I was welcomed with a warm heart . Then quickly came the waiter who took our order satisfyingly . The food though was tasty but was not ordered in time . It took around 20 minutes and that is the only problem that I had . The food there was delicious . Washroom facilities were damn good . It is worth giving a try and if you are searching for a good hotel on the highway , this could be the one ....

I would rate 8.5/10 .We visited delhi for two days for some official work in south delhi so one of our colleague suggested us this hotel which is located in the heart of green park.Benefits of staying here--co-operative staff as we landed here late at night so they took Good care of our check-in as well as food (on call request ) .Good location as it is near to metro station,close to market.

I stayed for three nights in room no 202 of this hotel, accompanied by my family. The service is extremely poor. The room was not even mopped prior check-in as well as the consecutive day even after repeated request, reasons cited staff unavailable due to Deewali holidays. The wi-fi service as published in online portals is not at all active while inside room but only when you are accessing sitting at the front desk. The issue has been highlighted and brought to the notice of hotel’s top management ...but the management is much reluctant to sort out the issue. There is quite a little option for the complementary morning breakfast as against the room tariff. The A/C is not provided with a remote controller, the room size is much smaller and the toilet doesn’t have an exhaust ventilation provided.

Not a great hotel but good if u r on a business trip then u can consider it due to location.value of just around ₹1500 if u get a deal like this,u can think on this option.
