Charged full day for additional 6 hours.Requested to take half day charge. But no body there to hear After staying. For 4 days.

Food was fine. Bathroom was not very well maintained for a 1500/ per night room. No hot water. Waiter was polite. Front office staffs were very helpful with directions. They speak good English.

Decent stay. location is good.hot water issue. there is no geyser and hot water comes at specific times. we were not aware of this issue.that is a big problem.rooms are big but the pillows, linen, bedsheets are quite old. they should be replaced.

This is the best hotel in Karol Bagh they have all the facilities of a 3 star hotel. The rooms are very big and with big windows facing the garden. The A/C is also very good. We get food 24 hours which is the best part. The staff is also very understanding as they uprgraded my room.i would like to thank then for such a wonderful stay.

Before going have a call to the hotelier. They arranged us the spacious room when we said and I have to admit that the service was damn good. Whenever we ordered, they were few mins away except the rudeness shown by the receptionist but later on, he also obliged us. Overall the service was excellent. AC was working, Clean rooms, Fridge and TV was in working condition, Toilet was also clean.I must say hospitality shown was good.Give 4 stars out of 5.Thanks Goibibo!😀

Booked room there for my friends coming from out of India. Its A budget hotel located near to Karol Bagh Metro. Amenities are quite old kind but the room space is good. Food is economical and pocket-friendly. Staff behavior and service is very good. Try out their suite rooms for better experience. You can also have a fresh-air walk in the garden which is just inside this hotel.

THE WORST OF THE SCENARIO I HAVE EVER FACED IN MY LIFE. BOOKED THIS HOTEL. PAID IN ADVANCE, AND THE HOTEL PEOPLE BOOKED THE ROOM FOR ME IN ANOTHER HOTEL, WHICH I ACCEPTED FOR A SINGLE REASON THAT I WAS TOO TIRED DURING THE ENTIRE DAY IN SUPREME COURT. Only one thing I must say that there should be 24 hrs checking facilities available bcz when we need to stay at a hotel for few hours and when we reach very early before checking time then extra money need to pay in addition to the hotel fees per day which we already paid. we paid extra 700 rs in addition to 1750 rs

Its a below average to average hotel for around Rs 1000 per day is most sufficient to pay. But the building is in reconstruction & they are going to have more facilities with much better security, then they can compete with other high standard hotels.

This time it was a mixed experience, room and bathroom were clean and spacious. but service part disappointed in the last, bed was good but blanket was rough so it was hard to get a sound sleep.

The food served here pathetic & could be poisonous, we stayed their for 2 days in a group of 10. First night itself post dinner which was ordered from there room service 6 out of 10 fell sick. The hotel staff pretends to be helpful however claims no responsibility & did nothing towards such a miserable situation. Rooms are okay, cleanliness is an issue.
