A decent hotel but small rooms as compared to Delhi hotels. The rooms are clean but dont have good or any view to it. The AC was not cooling enough the bed like having khatmal and the mini fridge was also not working..the pullover blanket was also not so comfortable..staff was good and helpful they placed a standing fan in my room .Breakfast was good.i had visited dehradoon property and it was a nice one

This is the worst hotel I ever stayed in... They don’t change their linens. I noticed stains along with tiny hair all over bed sheet as I entered and I immediately asked for a new bed sheet but hotel staff denied for it and after so much of request they showed me another room but there also I noticed same stains and hair. They don’t take care of cleanliness for sure . The bed sheets were used and they made me sleep over the same ...As I was really tired I slept on the same. But I noticed another blood strain on my bed sheet below quilt . This made me write review for this property. I also requested for a carry bag during checkout and they gave me a dirty and used one. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Worst part is their cleanliness and hospitality. Such mistakes are not acceptable from such a property. I will make sure no one will ever visit this property from my side. Also I am strictly saying no for stay . Worst hotel

It is such a lovely guest house, just go for it whenever there is this requirement for rooms. They provide you unmatchable offers an deals upon booking. Also the staff is pretty amazing in terms of providing excellent customer service to all the customers. Hopefully y’all gonna love it!

Higher catagory Delux Room size very small. AC is not working since morning. As the name of Sarovar Portico there are no comparison and match in the amenities or facilities at any other Sarovar Portico property.

I stayed in Sarovar for my complusary 7 day quarantine in Delhi. I came in the hotel around 5 pm the staff was very helpful the Sanatised all our luggage. They did not stop us asking for payments instead they gave us our room and said we can do all the paperwork and payment the next morning.The rooms are very good and hygienic.They have a very good Wifi connection 24*7 and a TV for entertainment.The beds are clean.The Food servered is very good and above all its tasty. It made me feel like I am back to India.The food is brought and served on time and all the precautions are taken by the staff.The Staff overall are very helpful and responsive. So the overall experience was extremely good and recommend to anyone coming here.

What a disgrace. Being a hotelier myself for last 30 yrs I couldnt believe how they sell rooms like this.Checked out immediately after an hour though I had booked for two nights being proximity to my work.The bed had ugly visible stains not small but patches of themThe floor was disgusting.The bathroom had rusted broken glass .The wash basin had bad stain.The bathroom amenities were used ones and patheticThe WC was stained and brown.The most appalling thing was no one wanted to know why I am checking out .I did tell the receptionist about my disappointment with the room.I would fire the front desk manager, General manager and the housekeeper.Never will I stay in a sarovar portico property.

Best hotel to check in during the Covid times .. every protocol is followed to the T. I noticed that safety and security of the guest is of prime importance to them. Hotel staff is very pleasing and does that extra bit to make your stay memorable. Large rooms with soothing interiors .

My friend was asked to leave the room late night at 2 am. It was our worst experience in the hotel and the staff and manager was too rude to us. They were just trying to earn money leaving us in misery. People must think before checking in here. WORST SERVICE

I liked the hotel a lot. It has almost all the modern amenities, which is why this place attracts a lot of guests.They have a beautiful designed building with nice architecture. Located in Naraina, it has a sprawling campus, which is well equipped with facilities.In addition, they have big rooms and halls to organise weddings and corporate events.The staff is supportive and humble.Moreover, the food prepared by them is excellent and mouth watering. It is easily accessible from ring road.However, its price are on higher side.

Very filthy place staff too rude especially front desk and no value for money I can give 600 per night for this hotel but 3-4ks unquestionably not! just because they call it a 4 star property lol. Food is too much expensive they asked me to pay ₹105 for a small cup of coffee, rather I would prefer odering starbucks! its a clear no go from my side!!!!

I love the ambulance while I have to the hotel, the fragrance and their facilities. I was in a group of people so they took some around 30 minutes to set it up for the room. There was no extra ordinary facility for the impression. But its decent place to hang out. The staff was very kind and good heart 💓 people. Hope Ill visit again.

This hotel is approved by government as a private Quarantine Center. I request for RT-PCR test. If result will be negative then I would traveling to my state but seems like they want me to stay 7 days so that i must have to pay for whole package. Ok understand that Government staff will not visit the hotel. But they were not allowing private laboratory. Most annoying thing 2L water per person for a day and need to pay 52 ₹ for 1L. Seriously?

The Hotel was good, location was also good (well connected with road and Metro station nearby) but was lacking somewhere in services and room maintainance.  given twin bed room (1 category lower) by hotel, on asking the reason they allotted Deluxe room but such insidence was little bit disappointing. Service quality was average, bathroom was not having sufficient toiletries preloaded and we have to ask for it n then it was provided. In Deluxe room, the bed size was also quite small which can accommodate 2 people with less space in between. Other factors were good but it was felt that the SAROVAR Standards were lacking. The tariff was reasonable compared to the room and service offered...

The rooms they are showing its not the same they have just took high quality pictures for the rooms. Once u take room in this hotel fridge ac tv land-line not working. Neither u will get neat n clean room I dont how come Indian government decided list such hotels in there list..Such a rude staff they have including cleaner, reception food quality and quantity is more worst then hospital ..kindly dont go with this hotel ever. talking from my personal experience I have faced all above mentioned issues during institutional 7days quarantine ..

The standards of the hotel are nowhere close to the tarrif charged by the hotel. Everything about this hotel and rooms is old and needs repair. Basic things like bathroom shower are broken. I changed the room and the next one is almost clogged and works somehow. The bedsheets have oily spots and the look and feel of it is again OLD. The floor needs repair, it should look neat and finished. You get a window in your room but its near to useless as it is so dirty you will get the you can barely see anything outside. The TV does not work as it cannot connect to the tata sky service. The last and most important thing is the staff is impolite. They are not trained to talk in a polite manner to the guests staying in the hotel. They talk to you as if you are talking to someone on roadside. Again, this hotel does not matches the standard to the charged tarrif.

Decent hotel in the Naraina area. Food was very good and the staff was courteous. However they can pay more attention to finer details such as missing foot mat in the bathroom, missing menu card for in room dining etc.

I stayed here for a week for the mandatory quarantine enforced by the government. They gave me a defected room with poor cooling in hot Delhi summers and the washroom was always wet and dirty because of a leaking pipe which was identified only towards the end of my stay. They refused to make any discounts for the same and rather put the blame on me for not checking the defects before. Its sad that government is forcing people to choose to stay in such a hotel that attempts to sell defected rooms to guests and still justifies its poor quality of service.

A *** hotel, **** facilities. Good but small hotel. The hotel has 39 rooms but rooms are comfortable and good room service. Their is one restaurant and small conference Hall. The food is tasty. The rates for stay and food are reasonable. The behaviour of the staff is good. The hotel is visible from Mahatma Gandhi Marg (ring road).

Very very good. Probably 5 stars if restaurant was operating. Some problem happened and restaurant was out of service during my stay. Good rooms. Service was fine. Location was close enough to tourist sites. Brekfast (in lobby due to restaurant issues) was amazing.

Sarovar portico is a decent hotel situated at naraina delhi , they have all air conditioned rooms single , deluxe and super twin rooms , u will get laundary and restaurant facility in this hotel , its situated 500 m away from the naraina vihar metro station , room service is average and restaurant food is good but the menu is costly. They provie free wifi for all the rooms ..

Had higher expectations from a Sarovar property. Cons: Internet is shabby, the rooms smelled damp, bed linen etc were extremely dated.Pros: breakfast buffet was nice, quite a range, friendly staff in the restaurant

After spending a few days in Royal Plaza in December (and regretting it), we opted for this smaller, lesser known place for our follow-up stay.The hotel looks very well-kept, and so do the rooms: modern look and feel (including a master off switch next to the bed, making this the only hotel in the many Ive been to that doesnt have you chasing individual light switches at bedtime), very clean, very spacious. The washroom, too, was in an excellent state.Staff was always friendly and accommodating.Breakfast was very decent, with enough variation every day. The dinner menu was very satisfying too, and very reasonably priced, especially for the portion sizes.A downside is the location, which is about 30 minutes by car from the city centre, but if you use an Ola cab, you can make the trip for maybe 300 rupees, so financially youre still better off compared to more central places. And for transportation to and from the airport, the hotel provides, again, very reasonably priced taxis.All in all, a very nice place to stay. Well definitely look at this Sarovar Portico hotel first next time were in Delhi.

The hotel also provides complimentary wi-fi, toiletries and chargeable snacks in the room. Recommended only for budget overnight guests.

The place is good. The locality however is not that great. The rooms are clean and suites are also available. However, the hotel is too small considering the size of other Sarovar Porticos. The restrooms are really good for the price. Also, one thing that I really liked is that they have a very calm music playing all over at the hotel. Also, cause some people care about it, the air conditioning works really great!

Bathroom was dirty. Had to ask for it to be cleaned. The cleaner came in and cleaned spots with water. I had to ask to clean it with soap only after which he did so. Breakfast had a good spread but the taste was not good.

We have chosen Sarovar portico hotel as its the brand hotel. We checked in 8.00 PM or 08.30 PM, i was surprised to see that there was Standy displayed regarding the loyalty program in lobby but all the front desk people were not aware about the promotion which they are running apart from the manager who assist me in the end, later on we moved to room which was upgraded to superior category, upon entering the room we noticed that room was compact and does not even worth Rs-*****/- no amenities were there in the room which a traveler expects. We asked for wi-fi password which took 20 min to deliver that too after calling them again.Bathroom was full of cigarette smell, Drain got block while taking shower, Strains on Towel.No door mat on floor, once you took shower all the bathroom gets wet and that wet feet make the room dirty once you move out because there was no door mat placed.We called up the manager in the room and told him the entire problem out of which some was cured but some was not handled by him as well.Pathetic wi-fi i have ever seen which gets disconnect immediately after login in (Same was shown to manager).Electric kettle place in the room was dirty from inside and had black spotting in that.We ordered Tomato soup which was too sweet and was not mark. i called up room service to ask where is the bread basket which comes along with the soup, server replied (Sir vo nahi ayi kya soup ka saath ?) later on he said (Sir hum soft roll nahi dete soup k saath). Later on we ordered food from outside.We got so upset with this Sarovar as it was my first experience with this property.

Never ever visit this Hotel.There is no restaurant in hotel for dinning you have to manage for dinning from outside.No amenties.When requested for some special breakfast they denied straight away without even asking to Chef.Better to stay at railway dormitory instead of spending this much amount at this place.

One of the best hotel in delhi with reasonable rates and almost five star facilities... also it is centrally located and have good connectivity round the clock. It is having very neat and clean surrounding and positive ambience. Last but not the least...very co-operative and flexible staff. Thumbs Up!!!!!!!

The hotel is situated at a very good location from where connectivity to most of the places is very good and you avoid heavy delhi traffic too. The hotel is good for budget business travelers. Rooms needs to be more spacious otherwise its neat and clean and Porticos staff is also supportive. Food and beverage is over priced and quality is very normal.

3 star hotel right on the main road with sound proof. Hotel with modern amenities and being the part chain hotel, is good available in 3 star category. Hotel is near to cinema hall, some good food joints for party lovers and families. Some fast food chains are also available like Mc Donalds and Subway. Nearest metro station is Shadipur which is approximately 4 kms from hotel.

Its located close to Nairaina flyover & easily accessible. Rooms are quite spacious, amenities are ok, some items like dental kit, shaving kit, hair oil etc are available on request.Rest other is ok.

We stayed here for 2 nights as part of our road trip. The location of the resort is very quiet and peaceful. The amenities of the hotel were very nice. The rates were very reasonable for exchange. The staff at the hotel were friendly and very helpful. I will be happy to stay here in the future.

Hotel is good. Reception is average. Smoking is not allowed inside room, if you smoke they penalise Rs. 2000. Smokers have to think before check-in in this hoyel.

Excellent Hotel and StaffThis is one of the best hotels we stayed in. Room was large with a sitting area with a couch. The room was very, very clean and modern. The staff at the front desk was very friendly, helpful and professional. They even gave us a bottle of water for being a Choice Hotel member. The lobby was nice and clean. Breakfast area was large. There were several kitchen staff members constantly monitoring the breakfast items. There was plenty for everyone, including tons of bacon. I definitely would stay at this hotel again.

Worst experience in any Hotel, Ever.Most hopeless sevice.1. No value for Money. ( V high cost for the ordinary level of facilities )2. They do not even honor the conditions mentioned on the voucher.3. No facility of food here. If u stay here, u have to arrange for even a sandwich from outside restaurant. ( If their kitchen is shutdown bcoz of Karol bagh incident, they can still help some eatables prepared by microwave or toaster, but they dont ). If they are not able to provide some facility , they should compensate in some other way but they dont. Actually the management is bothered about customer satisfaction at all.

This hotel need to learn a lot. Not able to highlight one area where there are good at. Trained staff are required at front desk. Room doors need proper locking. Better hygiene needed....... List will be to lengthy..

A nice hotel located in the compact and crowded Naraina under the flyover it is a hotel which cuts you off from all the hustle bustle of traffic outside. Cozy rooms nice restaurant with a very good interior.Just getting there is a Problem.Has some relevance from other Sarovar Porticos.Hope to come here soon!

Had a wonderful experience from the time we arrived until we departed. The rooms are going to be generally clean. There was good choice for breakfast. The rooms are very tastefully furnished. Check in and check was very smooth with a decent glass of cold welcome drink. The highlight for me was the breakfast.
