Nice hotel near to New Delhi railway station. Staff is good but I expected a better service. Surrounded area need renovation. Approach road is in very bad condition.

Decent hotel but lacks maintenance. We tried the suite with the jacuzzi but that jacuzzi wasnt working, which made it just an ordinary tub. Breakfast options are also average. Location wise, paharganj area is filled with hotels so you have a lot of competitive options.

Pathetic experience check out in just 2 hours. No cleaned rooms flies are roaming in the room . After complaining they are saying fly can coe from any where. Ac remote button was broken and they put paper in it. The staff was rude and misbehaved with me. Just because I was a girl they didnt take my words seriously and talked to me rudely. Advice to never visist again.

Not proper clean. Bath tub is damage.Room was stinky. Ac not working properly. I stay 3 days but no room cleaning or bathroom clean in between I stay. Tv is also not working properly. Light arrangment is not proper. Room is so dark after swich on all light. The small fridge they give is not working.

Very unpleasant stay at this one. The manager is not a genuine guy, gets food for the in-house guests from outside (most likely Street food) saying its made in their own kitchen. Fell sick the other morning, changed the plan to stay in this from 3 days n chose to check out the other day, the manager deducted 70% for the next days saying he had booked it for 3 days even if booked in person & not booking it online. There are plenty hygeinic places to stay in the same lane, please avoid this one & make a better choice.

Was here for 7 days governmental quarantine. Rooms lacks basic operational amenities like air conditioning power was kept shut most of the time and switched on only when asked for.Door locks cards was not operational for most of the rooms due to technical glitches.Beddings were not changed,not even additional linens were given so that guest themselves can change there own beddings ,air conditioning ducts common for adjacent room ,noise can easily pass through when using bathroom.D2h Recharge was not carried out instead of repeated request to reception.Cleanliness were not taken care of in the rooms by hotel staff

Smooth check in. My standard room was not available on day 1 so I was upgraded to suite room. Hotel rooms are good. Location is good as well. Veg restaurant Darbar is at a walking distance. Room service is very slow. They must separate room service from reception. Stay is full value for money. Would highly recommend!

It was a comfortable stay, no doubt. I booked a family room to stay overnight. Size of the room is pretty decent. Few points to share:1. Room is not well lit. Instead of having yellow bulbs, rooms can be well lit up with tubelights etc.2. Ventilation needs to be improved. Room was smelling due to dampness.3. Beds are very comfortable.4. Toiletries are adequate.5. Located close to the New Delhi Railway Station.6. Eating joints are around. Please visit Vagabond Cafe (too good).7. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.Overall a hotel that I can recommend.

Stayed there for 3days.Pros - 1. Location is very good.2. Friendly staff.3. Clean rooms and washrooms.Cons -1. Room Service is very poor, takes a lot of time.2. Electrical points in the room are less and loose. Mobile chargers doesnt fix properly.3. Hotel has a travel agent for Delhi Sightseeing which charges a lot compared to other agents. Better to book from different agents which are present nearby..If you want to have lunch, dinner & snacks there are some good joints nearby where you can try.Other wise Connaught Place is near from Pahargunj. One can go over there too for a good brunch.

They have posted gym photos on their hotels profile, as you can see which is on google or booking sites but in reality they don’t have any kind of gymnasium in the hotel !!the food was also not good

The hotel is so unexpected. The pictures shown on Internet are so different from what weve seen. The rooms are not clean as the bedsheets are dirty. The services are very poor too because we asked for a heater in our room and they were not able to provide it to us. We had to keep repeating like 5 times and every time they would reply that they are finding and the heater is otw. We asked for a heater before we left for dinner at arnd 8pm and we got the heater at arnd 11pm after we repeated it many times. The shower is also very bad since there is no hot water and it is so compulsory especially when the temperature is 9 degrees Celsius. The hotel really needs to change. If they do not change, i really recommend some other hotel.

Not bad considering the location near Rail station (10 to 15 min walk) and just adequate amenities.Rooms are bit small, lilens and towels are good and clean. No view from room.Breakfast is served in room which tastes good. Tea is good here too.Staffs are not at all customer friendly and enough polite. They are careless about proper service and delays. Had to ask for several times for each issue/requirements. They dont even say sorry, only says ok ok.

Everything in hotel is well maintained and you will feel like you are in a 5 star hotel. Food is good But a bit costly. But my overall experience is very good and one should choose this hotel. but the guy at reception is not good a bit rude. I called him from railway station, he told me to call back but he didnt and when I reminded him while checking in he ignored it.As a couple we enjoyed here and nobody disturbed us. my partner asked me to book next time this hotel only.

Worst experience ever! This hotel is rated as 3 star, but the quality of rooms and facilities are not in conditions of even 1 star. Everything is old inside: broken bathroom facilities, very old furniture, no window, low lights, dusty bed, uncleaned corridor, and many more. Most importantly, I met a hotel staff who was dishonest and this made me very angry.

My experience was worst and ridiculous.I booked for two nights with bathtub and buffet breakfast included.When i reached i was given a room small as a dungeon, TV wasnt working, Door lock was broken and keys not working.I asked them to change room and was given a room without bathtub.That is not all , at the breakfast time i was told that there is no buffet system so they offered only parantha and bread omlette with tea.I feel i was duped by this filthy hotel.The only thing good about this hotel is the manager and room service guy.EverythingI added buffet breakfast so that we dont need to go outside but i still had to buy food from outside.Cz they did not have any buffet and all Never opt for this hotel

Satisfied is an understatement for our stay at hotel Aura. we booked a triple bed,which was not available,so they upgraded to a family room 4 bedded. room was super clean n the room service was regular. They dont have a restaurant, and the room service food was over priced. So we chose to eat outside. otherwise, the experience at hotel Aura is unforgettable n I would love to come again at this hotel.

Good but not Worthy

Well-located, few minutes from New Delhi Railway station, in the famous foreigners and backpackers area. Not a pretty part of Delhi, bit convemient. Hotel has a lift, rooms are clean.

Had 24 hours to stay in Delhi, chose this one based on reviews. I must say that reviews do fool you sometimes or are people too generous??Best things first, I got the premium room, it was good and mostly clean. However the window overlooking the road was dirty inside and outside. The curtain also was dusty.Complimentary Coffee and tea placed in the room was not of a good quality.Regarding the bathroom, I think the bath tub can also have a curtain so as not to let the water out while taking a shower.Room service was good, ordered dinner came fast and was good but overpriced. They dont have a restaurant but they own one near buy, so either you have to leave hotel premises and enter the polluted street or have it in your room.What was most dissapointing was the complimentary breakfast on the 4th floor. The moment you enter that space, you hear loud punjabi music. Who wants that for breakfast? Also the breakfast food was bad and tasteless. Would prefer to have fresh orange juice rather than sugary branded juice from a cartan. And wouldnt it be cheap for the hotel as well?So basically when you pay for the expensive dinner, its good but whatever is free can be ignored.Also the guys serving the breakfast were very unprofessional, I was not allowed to take the coffee with me in the room to escape the loud music.Well the good thing was that I did not have to as it was disgusting.Overpriced. Might want to try Godwin and Ginger first in that area.

Location is convenient and a approx 700 mtr from New Delhi Railway Station main exit on a road full of hotels. I reached late and checked out early so just a few things. Rooms though very small but neat and tidy. Twin beds were very small. If you are above 58, you are going to be uncomfortable. Check-in was quick and they offered 2 bottles of water though not cold.

Restaurant billing very high , water bottle they are charging 63.00 per liter , coffee 75.00 very very too much . should consider surely , room no. 105. AC cooling is very less in room should improve that , bathroom shower not working properly water coming very very slowly , everthing is superb , beds and bedsheets are very clean and room too good with all amenities , awesome stay , excellent staff, area is too good to stay for family , security is also good , we were in family room , I surely recommend this hotel to all .

Very near to NDLS. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Located at market area, but car can easily enter at the street. Food quality is very good. If you want to eat outside, lots of shops are there. Clean room and bathroom with lots of aminities i.e. wifi, water bottle, room service.

Complementary breakfast is not worth it. Room service is not good. You have to call them 2-3 times for everything. There are better options in the same region. Not worth the money you pay.

The reception staff are good.Restaurant food is good.The hotel location is bad, cleaning of the rooms are extrimily bad. The taxi came to collect at airport das smelling death rat. If you want to depart by 6am you have to advise them other wise you will not have hot water. If you arrive late nigth and dont ask for hot water, you have cold bath. When you check the images of the hotel in the internet they dont show the Road so you can the location.I definatly will not go back again to this hotel.

Stuff suggested to buy train tickets directly from hotel. Instead they tried to convince to hire taxi for few days. They did not mention at all official government tourist office where the tickets could be easely bought with tourist quotas.The window in the room was not soundproof at all. Loud noise was terrible.Nice bath. Nice furniture.

It is not right hotel for the family.AC ducts were not working and unable to control the room temperature .you could able to hear sounds from neighbor room toilets .non-hygienic kitchenpoor parking place.

This was my first time there. The staff throughout the hotel could not have been more helpful. The size for the room was just fine. The best feature is the convenience. For us, the location was perfect. Felt very safe walking downtown up until midnight. The morning buffet breakfast was simple and fresh.

Comfortable @ Reasonable PriceWe stayed here four night. The rooms were nice. There was enough of hot water too and the bathroom was spacious. Staff was very helpful and breakfast was good and western. The WiFi worked well in our room. Overall the hotel was as good as we had expected. We recommend this hotel to our fiends.

Nice hotel. Dont expect more......Early check in they are charging 2000/- the person sitting in reception is adamant. We reached there at early morning and request for early check in, we booked 3rooms and request for atleast one room for fresh up but he is simply denying the request and given nearby hotel details. At last he has given the room when am ready to give 2000 Rs. The service boy who is very helpful, and break fast also nice but not that much menu still its good.

Having the worst experience... Booked an executive room with bathtub after confirmation from the hotelier... On d day of our stay asked the hotelier on phone if jacuzzi is available in suit then we will upgrade or we will stay in executive with the bathtub.. The hotelier told yes jacuzzi is available in suit and we can upgrade... Coming here they refuse to give us any room with bathtub and told no room with bathtub is available with them.. No suit room is available and moreover their jacuzzi is not working... Their behavior is very bad and now gave a very small room with small bathroom... Ruined my whole anniversary plan and my stay... Please dont trust this hotel... Staff behavior is very very poor

Best hotel in new Delhi, anyone looking for a stay near central delhi can opt for this Hotel.

Hotel is near to railway station say walking distance but the way is too much crowded and taxi persons are mainly avoid to give pickup and drop facilities. Hotel has its oven cab facility but charges are too high compare with other online cabs. Hotel doesnt has its own restaurant. Foods are available on call but test wise not worth it. At the beginning we received walm welcome but after knowing that we have booked our tour via HOHO bus facilities their behavior started to change. Even for Airport drop they offer higher rated car so we declined that offer and book online can witch cahnged theirs behavior too rude. Toilet flushing system was not up to the mark. on last day even having six our time they were unable to fix that issue. Interior was good. We have booked two family rooms. Rest of things are good.

Good location is NDLS is priority. there are 4 railways Station in Delhi. Aura was near to NDLS. The staffs were cooperative and picked us up in convenient manner. Bedroom looked luxurious. With all amenities.

Worst hotel with fake people as workers. Do not go there at all if you dont want to be treated badly. They only respect foreigners as they are walking moneybags for them. We had to wait even for check in for at least two hours even when they had empty rooms. Then the restaurant employee talked with us rudely like we were beggers. The driver Mukesh Sahu did a great job though. Its only for him that I am bothering to write this review or I would not have wasted my time writing about such hotel.

Very high genic room,good food, good careing

Very congested area, but its ok. There is no window, its true hotel is centralised ac but they may never cleaned room properly. No ventilation even from bath room. Ac vent and bathroom vent is some what connected. So bed room always humid and nasty. Its easy to fall sick if u use ac. Hope they will use vacuum cleaner once in a while. You have to make 4 or 5 call to get one bottle water

Very Nice Hotel, Near to New Delhi Railway Station. Rooms are good and spacious. Breakfast is ok ok. Mostly facilities were there in Hotel. Outside approaching road is not that good its crowded but when you go inside the Hotel you will Forget all that. I must recommend this Hotel.

It is very nice hotel. But I am changing my review from 5 star to 1 star. I am disappointed of their words and ill behaviours. They charged twice for meals. And promised to return the same within 1 day from their accounts dept. But even after 2 weeks of numerous calls to them and getting fake assurances, no amount refunded...

Door lock system was not working properly I liked my room and decoration of stairs. I was surprise how large the rooms were for a standard room. The rooms are kept very clean. Special mention should be give about the staff who is extra courteous. Id go back in a heartbeat.

Located near the center of Delhi this hotel provide accommodation at reasonable price. They have family room which accommodate two double beds. Tasty and simple breakfast is served.

It was overall a nice experience in Hotel Aura. Staff was good. Food was also good. Room was clean. but we faced one problem. our room was not 3rd floor and on the top of the room they have restaurant so there was lots of voices coming in the room specially in the night it was looking horrible.

Locality was a little dodgy, the entire area is filled with hotels. Good place, rooms are clean and the washroom is good. Overall nice experience. Guests are allowed till 9 PM so keep that in mind.
