Food presentation was good, taste was average. Service was prompt and staff helpful. Ambience and decor went with theme but the chairs could have been more comfortable. One tends to slip on plastic paired chairs. Will I go again? I may but will order for two only if four people are there. We ordered for soup 1/2, veg platter and four individual dishes for four of us. We could not finish. Staff does not guide that the order is excessive.
It is rare that I eat vegetarian dumplings, but was coerced to go all herbivore that day. Well, the experience wasnt the best.👇👇👇In episode two of my #khanmarket visit @townhallkhanmarket , sharing the experience of crystal dumplings....The dumplings are not your regular momo style ones. These are with sticky dough and are more chewy in texture. The filling was wild mushroom 🍄🍄 which was flavorful but the sheer texture of the dumplings was not for my palate.....The pizza 🍕 was splendid and strongly recommended. The vegetable burger was also good and fillingOverall- average experienceAmbience-2/5Taste-3/5Service-2/5Value for money 💰-3/5
Simply a class apart. Situated inside Khan Market, you may miss the entrance of you dont have a keen eye. But once youre inside, it is absolutely lovely. The ambience is warm and welcoming, the serving staff are polite and knowledgeable and the food and drinks while expensive are definitely premium quality. You can safely leave yourself in the hands of the bartender after just informing him about your likes and dislikes and be assured he will produce magic with the cocktails. Similarly, be it sushi, carpaccio, risotto or tenderloin, the food is divine. This place tends to be frequented by celebrities often as well so keep an eye out whos sitting at the next table :)
This place stands out for its ambience. Rooftop is not fully functional though, but you can still be there if willing to stand for the duration of your drinks/meal. Food was good, taste will. Portion size for the price is less. Service was prompt and staff was courteous. One more thing that stands out of the choice of wine this pace presents. One pretty much find most of the major/popular wines from around the world across red, white & rose wines.
Whenever you go here it is packed,it was my luck that i had not to make any reservations.I got the table straight away. But you should not take any risk so go for the reservations here and if you are a sushi lover this is the best place for you, they have good variety of seafood.I dint order any sushi or seafood but i was glancing around few tables near me,they were literally flooded by sushis. As i was craving for burger i ordered chicken burger with tempura and dude it was so delicious. The burger was huge and the patty in it was very tendering and massive.Patty had cucumber, tomato and Irish cheese in it.The burger was served with fries(given the choice between veggies and fries)lettuce, battered onions with tater sauce. On the whole i was simply in love with the burger. The other dish that i ordered was thin crust fiesta Townhall pizza. One of the best thin crust pizza i had it has spring chicken tikka, onions, capsicum, mushroom with chilli. The toppings were simply lip smacking.I would defiantly recommend this place to everyone. One of the best place in khan market.Ambience-4/5Food-4.5/5Staff-4/5Service-4/5VFM-3.5/5
Amazing pan-Asian cuisine in the middle of Khan Market. The sushi is fresh with great variety and fusion. The drinks are plenty with a great selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. The overall vibe is more of a bar, music is loud. If you want a quiet meal you need to get there early and ask for a seat by the window. The desserts are great. Staff are friendly and efficient for India standards.Must try!
I think they have the best sushi Ive ever eaten. Must try.
Nice place to be with your friends or family. Good food and service. Ambience was also wonderful with a nice bar with seatings and front of entry gate. Happening music to chill and enjoy food with friends. Sophisticated staff. Healthy Mocktails with fresh fruits. Its situated in main Khan Market and this place is visible once you reach Khan Market.
It was a great experience for me and my friend. We sat on the terrace, and had the 2 glasses of white AG47 chardonnay from attentions, 2 pints of Miller and Stella Artois, 1 plate of carbonara, and 1 plate of sushi (all for about Rs. 3800). Everything was finger licking good! The staff was quite courteous. For me one of the best things about the experience were the great deep house tracks playing at a decent volume, it really made it a chilled out and awesome evening!
Great place! One of my favourite food menus!Great presentation as well as really tasty food. Great selection!
Town Hall was a nice bar restaurant to have a cool down from the intense heat and humidityWe are the vegetarian platter for a snack and drank a couple of Buds, enhanced during their Happy Hour.Their main courses looked lovely when served on other tables, though we were eating elsewhere later in the day.
Town hall is our favourite place to have tampura sushi, and recently we discovered their crispy noodles dish, and it is now added to our list from then on.Just remarkable with very good ambience and experience
Amazing place to hangout. Tasty and delicious food. Amazing staff with superb service.Although I didnt enjoy cocktails much but still a must place to go.
With Town Hall, The Oberois Augusto Cabrera introduced the masses to great sushi back in 2014. Ever since, this Khan Market favourite has laid out its heart (and its kozara plates) to all and sundry. With noticeably high ceilings and a breezy terrace dining space with a wood-fired pizza oven, the fine-dining space is an extravagance of sashimi platters, sushi rolls and traditional yakitori that would have you reaching for their strong sake shots.
Ambience tick, food tick, service tick, price tick. Would i go back there again? Tick.
Looks Posh inside. Considerate and gentle staff. Food was great. Pricing of avg 700 - 800 Rs. per dish
Very happening and lively place which attracts the best of crowd. A place where you can go with your family as well as your friends. Excellent drinks, yummy food...Sushi platter, Mixed non veg. Platter, Chicken burger and Thai curry are particularly good.. Love their Khao suey... So so yummy. Also I find their Tiramisu exceptional....very moist and flavoursome. . In winters sittng on their terrace7 on a cold chilly evening in the midst of lively music and great ambience is absolutely fantastic... Though they have stopped serving on the terrace. Wish they start service on terrace soon. The place is jam packed on weekends..All and all a very happening and lively place. My favourite joint in Khan Market.
Too over rated and overhyped. The menu is not that good. Mostly filled with asian stuff. Focused on sea food. I had ordered around 7 dishes out of which only 1 was kind of good. Prices are according to Khan Market.
Nice ambience and staff. Lot of variety available in drinks as well as food. Food taste is awesome. A must visit restaurant in Khan market.
Quaint multi-cuisine eatery in Khan Market, great presentation and very tasty food.
Sushi boats and edamame. One of the best places
Good food, wide choice available, a little expensive too but worth it, the ambience has an oriental charm
A great place to chill in Khan marketOffers alcoholGood food and great desserts
I miss to eat town hall sushi but u guys close 😢💔
Well maintained during the pandemic time. Serves good drinks and food is amazing
Quaint place nesteled in the heart of Khan market with bright yellow colour staircase leading to a cozy setup and rooftop.Serving a wide range of drinks and food options 😁
Town Hall would appeal to you because of many reasons. First thing first - the music is good...sounds fantastic. Then the food is above par though slightly steep in terms of pricing. And the sofas ( if you get one) are so relaxing. The highlight is the way the place is lit....simply superb.
Oh my god, what food! During lockdown, a friend and I were in Khan Market to do some shopping and decided to have dinner at Townhall as it was one of her favourite places in Khan Market. The ambience dint disappoint, the staff was courteous and proactively suggested options. Will be going back pretty soon! Even though the crowd was thin, there was no lapse in standards. Full marks guys! Well done.
Fantastic ambience, great food and good safety for the covide protocols. All the high of food and alcohol is ruined by DJ, very terrible music.
Overpriced, with the taste being just ok.
Always a joy visiting this place. Got to visit after a long break. Still the same amazing vibe, covid or no covid.
A great place to hang out in central Delhi. The crowd is good. Its difficult to get a table if you dont have reservation. But waiting at bar is not a bad idea. Food is good specially the Asian food good list of wines and cocktails too. A must try.
A very modern but classy ambience with a touch of heritage. Enjoyed the scrumptious High Tea platter which was also very filling portion wise. A must visit for those who enjoy fine dining served with flair.
I visited on 10 october, i ordered asian food, was not up to the mark specially considering how they charm about fresh ingredients and how much they charge. The food menu is rather huge ranging from asian to Mediterranean which they had a more confined amd restricted menu to go with the mood and setting.Drinks were fine. Drink menu diverse. For desert i ordered tiramisu was hoping a slightly traditional one but it came with chocolate ice cream on top rather than coffee.Interiors and lighting are great and do set a great mood.but my table was wobbly which is slightly uncomfortable when you on a date.
Worst. Experience. Ever.Took my team from work for our monthly lunch catch ups. Was recommended this place very highly. After 1 hour 15 mins my entire team and eaten and done with their meal and Im just twiddling my thumbs. It doesnt take that long to make a single pizza. The waiter was polite but kept lying about how long itll take. I told them I wouldnt be coming back and the manager said I would after I tasted their food. It was the worst pizza of my life. Brittle, stale veges, not cooked properly. Just overall a bad experience
You have a lot of restaurant choices in Khan Market. If you like Japanese cuisine, you must check out Town Hall. We didnt get the best seating as it was a busy time of the day - It gets quite full in the evening. We got two types of veg momos and each was yummier than the other. The fig salad was superb. If you like herbal tea, try the Bouquet. Their apple tart is great too, though very filling unless you split it with at least two others. Service and ambience are good - not great.
Place is really good. Food is good. The only thing is sometimes there is too much seafood smell.Other than that youll have a nice experience.
Town Hall is conveniently located in the heart of Khan Market. The layout is spacious and the seating is very welcoming and comfortable. The food and cocktails were nice. There are different sections and you can find whatever you want - a lively experience with music or a quiet corner. Definitely recommend.
Good ambience, food is ok. Overall nice place.
Average food, super average service, fairly cool ambience
Amazing delicacies, with a pinch of salt.Ambience and food was great. Staff is always eager to serve with a smile. Missing safety and direction signages, and a little not so clean cutlery.
Town Hall is a great place to try out some exotic food and cocktails. I went to Town Hall for a semi-formal business meeting, and ordered a plate of sushi rolls. The food quality was excellent. One of our party ordered a gin and tonic cocktail with cucumber, and enjoyed it enough to order a second. Service is above average with knowledgeable staff, but could use some improvement. Overall, a good place for food in the bustling cornucopia of restaurants that is Khan Market.
This place has an awesome ambience and great food.. the staff is very friendly.. they are more than happy to serve and take care of your preferences, even if its difficult to accommodate! A nice, casual place.
The place is big and seating is not packed. Plenty of seating options are available from couch setup to the formal chair format to the lounge format. The restaurant was packed even during early lunch hours. We had the Mt. Fuji sushi and the veg mezze platter, both were cooked well and good. Portion size is also good. The staff is courteous and polite though the service is a little slow. But that is compensated by the taste and quality of the food. Town Hall has a bar as well and their wine is pretty good. It is also famous among expatriates. Overral a good experience but it is a little expensive.
Fantastic food and awesome ambience . Loved it and will visit again
Small portions and very expensive. Told them to prepare the prawn part of the platter separately but they didnt and my mom got sick because of her allergies. Music choice was also questionable.
Got a bunch of items to go - Persea Americana, dimsums, kangkong bowl and stir fry. Before I review the food, let me mention that one of the food containers was full of hair. Thats right. Short, spiky, man hair.Nevertheless, I cleaned out the box and tried out the other stuff. While the broccoli and water chestnut dumplings were a delight, the rest of the items were very un-Japanese and dense. The Americana roll was not bad, however, the kangkong bowl was a disaster - it was a far cry from the fresh Japanese cuisine claims of the chef. The stir-fried broccoli (whose spellings they should probably fix on their menu) tasted like Chinese street food, probably chock-full of MSG too.I am not sure why this place is so highly rated. Perhaps the Italian items taste better, but the Asian ones are a complete no-no for me. I was expecting Morimoto-level cooking from the chefs, but it was very Chinese-street-food-meets-Indian-spices.
Celebrity chef, excellent variety of foods and flavours, sushi was fresh and well presented. My drinks were lively and the staff were super. Great vibe, fun time
My first visit to Town hall...Loved the place, the simple cafe ambience. Spacious.Excellent service, the bar extensively stocked. Innovative mocktails. The place was packed, we were lucky to get a table in about 1/2 an hour. The music had our feet tapping. The best part was the food, the salad, risotto & the pizza.... excellent.Strongly recommend this place to one & all. Will be back.
A great place in Khan market (Rabindra nagar,New Delhi).Food here is very spicy and fabulous.Burger ,pizza ,sandwich is very tasty.Reservation is required here otherwise it becomes difficult to get table here.Amazing place to hangout.Bar is also here. u can get here good wine and cocktails here.
A chic place in the heart of Central Delhi , Khan Market .The place is always busy be it any time of the day . Amazing food...one of the best sushi in Delhi ...courteous and nice staff , quick service..do reserve a table before going there..you might have to wait for a table without prior reservation...but thats worth it..loved the ambience , food , and its quite adequately charged as per the feel of the area. Hangout with friends ...u might bump into some celebrities at times...
Good Ambience & Food !
Nice Ambience and tasty food
Good place great ambience
This place is almost amazing. Step inside and youll feel like you are in any cosmopolitan city, with its beautiful decor, polished service, and well executed menu. Cocktails all sound delicious! Food was fabulous.Unfortunately for our first visit, the facade didnt last long. Cocktails were very weak despite being pricey. Last call went unannounced, as we were denied another with 40 minutes left until closing. And lights turned on, music cut with 15 minutes still to go. Big no-nos for any other high class restaurant in the world, but maybe the hours posted are wrong?
Nice and cosy decor. The food quality is excellent and raffiné. Great drinks selection. I highly recommend.
Completely overrated. Townhall used to be fantastic four years ago. Now, it’s just full of complacent staff members and an absentee chef. The interiors too are falling apart. I really wish they had maintained themselves better. Not worth going anymore.
Great place for a fun night out. The food is pretty good and the place is awesome. Very good variety for on sushi and Thai food. Easy on pocket with sumptuous proportions this uptown market restaurant is a treat !!! Good crowd, fast service and the bar section is also impressive. Food is right on the money and service the icing on the cake. Go for it!
Awesome food .. comfortable and cozy ambience.. very courteous staff.. don’t be surprised if you bump into celebrities .. it’s their favourite hangout .. an exotic culinary experience worth trying
Heart and center of the khan market
