I booked a long stay here. Place looked okay at arrival and thats when things started to get worse. I entered the room and was given a beautiful room but spotted a cockroach as soon as I entered. Things started to become a little shady after spending a night. The staff is not polite or courteous at all. It feels like goons trying to be polite if you know what I mean. I went out for lunch and when I came back - my room was open with no prior notice. The not so polite cleaning guy told me if you dont need the service then inform at reception and thats when I decided to save my experience and move into a 5 star property wasting money unnecessarily. Please think twice specially if you are traveling along with your partner.

Do not judge the book by its cover. I was on my official visit and we were given at twin sharing bed in room number 408. Room was neat and clean. It had enough lights, natural and LEDs.The room had only one switch,which meant either you live with flooded lights or in total darkness. The jet shower was broken,which was replaced after an hour. Refrigerator space was empty, so they brought one , on request. By 10 pm, the water supply stopped, which came after 7am next day. Food plates were cleared, but table was left as it is. The waiter never bothered to come back.Complimentary breakfast was served at room and it was good. In fact, dinner was also good. So, if you feel like eating, come to their Blue Parrot restaurant. For staying, there are quite a few options nearby.

Worst experience. booked a package deal for room plus dinner plus breakfast. kettle was not working. had to call them twice to change it. dinner was a fixed menu of veg thali which would have cost us less if we would have not taken the package deal. the hotel agreed for a la carte but with lots of restrictions like only main course items can be selected. room service ringing our bells at 12 continuously to deliver food which havent even ordered. room phone was also not working.seriously disappointed. if zero-star would have been an option i would have chosen that.

Dental kit not provided. Towels were worn out and torn, pillows not worth sleeping on. The staff was not following covid protocols. Room was clean though, big tv as well. The sheets had dirty patches, mattress was bad and the ac was not working properly. The staff was cooperative and sent a table fan which did help. Bathroom could be cleaner.

The horrible hotel ever. No hot water for bathing during all of my stay. First day said some motor issue so cant pump water, second day said there is no much demand so we cant turn on and 3rd day rainy day I asked today its raining so can I get hot water as there is demand and after 10 min he said not possible to provide hot water. I kept on asking hotwater as per there timing mentioned on board. Dirty kettle, dirty Lenin, dirty floor with some ladies hair, Broken spring mattress, broken bathtub which is the only place you can stand and take shower.

It was a nice experience being here. Though the entrance of hotel is not that catchy but they have suitable parking with other amenities on road itself. The food was also worth munching.

There was huge difference in food quality between lunch & dinner. Pasta was so tasteless. During breakfast, poha was so dry. Every Time they were calling and confirming order again n again.
