A well located and maintained building in the heart of the city. It was beautifully lit during the Republic day week and specially on 29 Jan Beating retreat evening.

Located inside the DRDO Bhawan, it has a separate entry from Gate No. 3 which falls on Dara Shikoh Road. It is a part of the DRDO Bhawan which Gate No. 1 falls on Rajaji Marg. At backside is Thyagraj Marg. For holding function it is a great venue as it has a wonderful auditorium with huge stage equipped with all modern facilities in terms of audio visual facilities etc. it has capacity of 500 people approx sitting. No event could be organized without taking permission from DRDO and Defence Ministry (H Block Office). Taking permission may be cumbersome task and Guests are risked before entry and all mobiles phones are not allowed inside hall because of its location involving security concerns as it is near south block and Rashtrapati Bhawan. Overall a wonderful place.
