Nice and fresh snacks options in starters. Main course not attractive with less choices and just avg taste. Sweedish also not upto mark. But spacious place, good servicem Ideal for snack preferrs. Hhard drinks and bottled water is extra. Reasonably priced buffet.

This is the best buffet restaurant in west Delhi. Better than bbq. I love the variety of dishes they serve especially in starter. So many varieties of fishes and chicken. And also ama taste. Must try this place with family.

You cannot count the starters they have. I think they have everything. Some starters are good and some not so. Main course is pathetic. Staff is very polite and helpful.

Pathetic service . we were waiting for more than 30 mins but no Snacks were served when i complained about it the manager said 4 bajhe k bad kuch ni mile ga we reached here at 3 so they should tell us that the snacks will be served till 4 only (manager even said the same words k apko bataiya nai gaya tha kya)

What you get here are buffets for lunch and dinner.The quality of the food was amazing. The variety available for starters was pleasantly surprising. The same goes for main course and desserts.The staff was courteous and very polite for the duration of the meal.The cost for lunch is Rs 650 per person and for dinner the cost is Rs 880, all inclusive, and based on what we were served its well worth it.

Yesterday went to Pulse and this is very much near to gate no 1 Rajouri garden (blue line) or pink line gate no 1. It is very near to the metro station.You will feel that Indianness with the ambience and the food you eat. Families often visit and which is so nice to see this.For starters we had amazing range of veg and non veg preparations.I really loved the stuffed tinda - this was something different and yumm.LovedChaap, malai chaap, spring rolls, chicken hariyali, chicken tangdi, mushroom and garlic bread. The starters were yumm.The main course had paneer, mix veg, chicken and mutton preparations which were good. We also had chowmein and manchurian.The dessert had gulab jamun, rasgulla, rasmalai and halwa.The service was gootd and it was quick. The Manager Mr. Prem had understood what we wanted and what not and accordingly handled everything.Overall it was a good experience.

My experience was so good but they force you to pay the bill before you finish your entire meal.

Pulse is one of the famous lounges in Rajouri Garden. It is hardly 3-4 min walking from Rajouri Garden metro station.It is situated on first floor, and you can see the beautiful interiors while climbing the stairs.The ambience is great. They also have a big screen for live screening. The staff is very kind and polite.They have two options - 1. buffet, 2. A-la-carteThey have so much variety in their buffet and after having a few dishes from the buffet, I can say that you should definitely give it a try.I opted for a-la-carte and ordered the following :-1. American ChopsueyThe chopsuey was just wooww. I had such tasty chopsuey after so long. It had right amount of flavours and presence of pineapple was the best part in the chopsuey.2. Chicken TikkaThis restaurant is famous for its non-veg food. And the chicken tikka justified it. It was served in such a cute truck, you can see in the pictures. This is definitely a MUST TRY.3. Veg Tandoori PlatterThis tandoori platter was humungous. It was so big and quantity was too much. It can easily serve 3-5 people.It consists of Veg Kebabs, mushrooms, tandoori aaloo, paneer tikka. I added dahi kebabs also in this platter.And it was just amazing 👌4. Paneer khurchanThis is one of the forms of paneer bhurji. And this dish is so good, one should definitely give it a try.5. Butter ChickenThe chicken was fresh, soft and tender. The gravy was so so sooo good. I could not resist myself from licking my fingers 😜6. Pineapple raitaPineapple raita was pretty normal, but the added roohafza over the raita gave it an amazing twist7. Ghade ki KulfiThis is normal Kulfi Falooda. The kulfi was perfectly sweet, fresh and delicious. The first feeling you get just when you enter this place is that its a perfect place for fine dining. The interior is simple and sober which is quite nice. Its the perfect place to have a meal with family or friends in peace. Coming to the food, it was somewhat different and innovative. Theres an option to have a la carte menu or have a buffet. We chose to have a buffet and had some snacks and a few dishes from the main course. The mocktails were also really good. Heres what well recommend trying -

Very bad behavior by senior staff at buffet floor, also they charged wrong and extra amount in bill because they thought every customer will not check and they can make us fool. Dont go with your 8 to 10 old kids otherwise you have to prove your kids age because they dont believe on customer.Overall very bad customer service by staff but the restaurant owner was very nice.

I went there with my family for dinner . It is a nice place with a variety of food and a really nice decor . The service time is not that nice and not all food categories are tasty and worth the cost . The seats are cozy and comfortable. and their is always something playing and keeping people entertained. The service time is really awful and waiter are really dont get you things on time .The second time I went was with my friends and we took the buffet.Though the price was considerably inexpensive but quality of food was not that great. Even the categories they kept were not that pleasing. The snacks were good and tasty but not all of them.My final review is that this place really needs to improve and improve the quality and taste of their food . If it did that then only it gather alot of crowd.

Worst food quality, Third class n illiterate staff.Ok i booked a table for 17 members, on friday afternoor manager gaved me the offer of Rs 1050 per person n took Rs 2000 advance but on sat ngt when party was over the manager refused and forced us that you have to pay 1100 per person.They started abusing in front of family and saying bill to 1100 ke hisab se hi lengeStupid idiot cashier swapped our debit card with GST and when i asked for the GST BILL he said subha lene aana

Very bad experience we had.. they serve snacks as if we are eating Langar.. There staff need to learn hospitality and how to serve guest with some breaks in between. Post snacks the dinner was even horrible.. The items mentioned on the name sticker were not there and dishes were empty. Also the service for serving Breads were too slow that we have to ask from them 5times and then it was served. Very expensive and not worth at all.

I went to this place today 14th February 2019 with the wife and sister in law and her husband and a friend from India.We went a few hours earlier to book a table and checked out the menu which looked good with a good selection of drinks too.We were told we could have al a carte or a buffet service.There were two sections to the restaurant. Downstairs was designed to look like a Punjabi Dhaba while the upstairs was called Pulse bar and restaurant. Both had nice decor.Having arrived and Sat down we decided to order drinks. As we had already seen the menu and being from the UK I ordered Heineken. They didnt have that in stock?I then ordered Carlsberg which was also on the drinks menu, they didnt have that in stock? I ordered Fosters, they didnt have that in stock? The rest of the beers were Indian beers. They had those in stock!(couldnt help but think putting European beers or Australian beers might pull in suckers like me?) It worked.As it was Valentines day we couldnt afford to look for another restaurant.We choose buffet but the food was served in single items at your table? I like to go to the buffet table, stock up my plate, eat and then maybe eat some more.They were serving it like first came the fish, when you finnished eating it then came the chicken and so forth and so forth.They served it like this only with the starter. With the main you could go up to the table and same for the dessert.Also no WiFi? We asked if they had it but they said no?The staff were polite but new they didnt have what I wanted in stock hence the two stars. I dont like to be taken for a mug and thats how I felt here.

Pathetic experience1) bunch of money mongrels, we agreed on some terms for party for some concession on kids charges, while booking, but in the end , they charged full amount ( because you cannot make noise in front of friends and family, they know it, so will charge full rates despite prior negotiations).2) did not pay reciept, kept on sending here and there, finally say, sir later we will give reciept, as machine is not working, they can issue paper recipet, but they wont do that too. kind of tax evasion scheme, and again because late night after dinner, guests want to go back, you again have to heed to their strategy.3) food is so so, Believe me, they say they are branch of Punjabi Dhaba downstairs, but standard is no where close. really awful food.4) floor is super slippery and uneven sloped without black markings, kind of everyone was slipping, so Be Safe, and go on your risk, and go in sports shoes.In last, go , if you have good money in wallet to waste, and if you can wear sports shoes. Because for large parties, I will NEVER Recommend this place.Sorry for hurting sentiments of Pulse managers but someone have to put up this real RAW review of hosting big parties here, BE WARY OF THEIR TACTICS. ( BTW Waiters were very helpful, despite all this, I still paid waiters good tip, as they did good and fast job, not managers, who are money mongrels and tax evaders).
